Brilliant customer service from Terry and the team! I wanted advice about buying a new turntable, amp, CD player and speakers for my husband's 60th birthday. Terry talked me through the different options and arranged a demo. of the items I was interested in. When I turned up the next day with my son for the demo. everything was already set up. We were given plenty of time to listen and ask questions. We also tried other speakers and never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. We also needed the new system quickly and Terry was great at ensuring we got all the items in time by calling another branch to get us the speakers we wanted. He also offered tips about how to set up and offered to help over the phone if we ran into problems - which we didn't. Husband loved his surprise. Thank you Terry and the team at Richer Sounds, Weybridge!
