Very helpful could not order online for a Panasonic tv, or done over the phone through the weybridge store by pay pal ! Fast delively, first class ,would buy again!

I needed a new amplifier after my thirty-seven year old Technics gave up. After talking with Myles about my first two choices (Marantz & Denon), he pointed me in the direction of the Cambridge AXR100. He said that he'd heard this amplifier and it would be much closer to my Technics. It arrived in twenty-four hours, and I have to say after a week of using it, the sound is better than the Technics, with an impressive bass and a beautifully detailed mid-range and highs. The unit is driving a pair of Mordaunt-Short M20 speakers. Whether it's vinyl, CD, cassette or FM radio, the Cambridge excels with them all. I would definitely recommend the Cambridge AXR100 and Richer Sounds.

The advice given in the store was very helpful in deciding how to improve our home sound system. It was at a level that a non tech person could understand. We decided on a sonos upgrade to our tv with an arc bar and a sub4. However setting them up has been far from simple and has caused a lot of frustration. This is resulting in a Richer sounds engineer call out at additional cost which is a shame. The only complaint is with regard to delivery. I was told it would be Dpd but it was another firm who were very late after calling me, the driver was very unfriendly and rude in his manner. This left a very bad impression with us. Next time I will collect from store.

Staff are fully knowledgeable about their products so makes them really helpful when making decisions.

Helpful conversations with Terry and Jason over the phone before and after purchasing TV. I used Richer sounds 8 years ago for my previous TV. Price matched without a problem. Delivery to recylce old TV went smoothly. Will continue to use Richer sounds for audio visuals.

It is so nice to be able to walk into a small shop that gives expert advice on the products they have available.

Bought a Toshiba TV from the Weybridge branch, primarily to be the centre of a system that linked, via optical cable, to my hi-fi. Could not get a signal from the TV after connecting the cable. After taking the TV back to the shop, where it was tested, it was found that the audio out had to be manually reconfigured. As there is no instruction manual provided by Toshiba the staff discovered and applied the solution. Now, all works perfectly. All the staff were patient, knowledgeable and really helpful. Thank you Weybridge team!
