Excellent service from RoadPro. Fed up with our batteries losing charge while the van is stored we contacted RoadPro regarding a solar panel plus associated kit to charge both batteries. Allen responded with detailed information and, after an email exchange in which we confirmed the roof space available we agreed on a solar panel plus controller, battery to battery system, etc. Our old reversing camera has always been unreliable so we added a Cameos rear view camera to the order. At the last minute we added a 5G Wi-Fi aerial and router to the order. RoadPro have done an excellent job fitting all three systems. On inspection they decided we didn't need the battery to battery equipment, so this was a few pounds saved. The installation was very neat and expertly carried out, and they removed the unsightly wiring from the old reversing camera too. We'd toyed with various options for fitting solar power, and chose RoadPro partly because they seemed to know what they were doing and partly due to the excellent reviews we read. We're very glad we did, their work was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to return to them in the future, nor to recommend their services to others.

I noticed that the wife was sometimes reluctant to open our campervan roof vent/fan when she was cooking. Concerned that this was dangerous we had a chat about it and it turns out that she was getting rained on in bad weather. Had a look at the reviews and YouTube videos on the subject and decided to return to our friends at RoadPro for the installation of a MaxxFan. Allen kindly arranged the fitting to be done while we went for lunch in Daventry - We were able to drive there in the morning and return home with our Campervan in the afternoon. Once again the installation of the MaxxFan with lighted shade was excellent and you would not know that this hadn't been part of the initial factory fit. The fitter Damian installed it in such a way that he ensured the nearby cupboard doors could still open and that there were no visible wires. He also gave us a run through of the available functions. The fan itself is another game changer. The external transparent cover allows light to flood into our kitchen area but can be shut out if required using the built-in shade. The shade also has very bright switchable LED lighting which works well. When in use the reversable extractor moves significant amounts of air and can be used to create a pleasant breeze through the van when temperatures are high. There's an easily accessible filter that can be removed for cleaning. Most importantly it can be used in all weathers due to its hooded design. Wife has no excuse NOT to use it now and because of its simplicity does so. If anything it's so quiet that she forgets to switch it off ! Thanks RoadPro for another quality product fitted superbly.

Earlier this year we realised that our 2 year old single leisure battery was on it’s knees. This being our second battery in 5 years we decided to look at lithium batteries and damn the expense. Having seen RoadPro advertising in a Motorhome magazine we got in touch to explain our setup and how we could improve it. Much useful information was given us. RoadPro suggested 2 x 100 Ah. lithium batteries, to be linked to our 150W solar panel. The technical aspects could be decided once they had the van. We didn’t have to wait too long before they advised of a couple of dates available. I pitched up to their workshop in Daventry at 9am. During the day I was updated on progress by text, including the good news that they were able to fit both batteries under the passenger seat. By 3.15 pm they were done.
It has proved to be a good decision. Money well spent.

Having recently purchased a used motorhome with the RoadPro already installed, i was having problems getting it to work. I had a few emails back and forward with Steve and he was more than happy to let me drop in at short notice. The problem was quickly identified and sorted. Also, he updated the software and was more than helpful. Highly recommend the response and service from Steve and the team!

After e-mails between myself and Steve, I arrived at Road Pro to sort out my satellite TV problem. I had the Road Pro satellite dish installed several years ago in Northern Ireland and I have been very satisfied with it. My problem was it needed reprogramming to update it for the satellites. It passed me by last year (2020) as I hardly used the motor caravan. The reprogramming was done very quickly and efficiently by Steve and his co-worker. I was shown how to work the system more efficiently. I would recommend the firm, its workers and products.

I had a solar panel and NDS Smart Inverter fitted to my motorhome to enable me to venture off grid. The Road Pro team provided a great service and the fitting was exemplary (neat, tidy and discreet).

Future upgrades for my motor home, include a lithium battery and a new TV. Road Pro will be my 'go to' supplier and fitter.

A little while ago our inverter supplied by Roadpro failed. We contacted RoadPro and they asked us to return it.They did not have our inverter type in stock but said that as soon as stock comes in we would receive a replacement. As we are due to go touring we panicked a bit that it might not arrive in time. No worries the new inverter arrived at Roadpro and we received the replacement the next day. Road Pro's approach to customer service is exemplary and we were kept abreast of developments all the time.When you buy or receive service from RoadPro you know it will be superb and professional. Long may they prosper.

The team at Roadpro have fitted a new lithium battery system to our motorhome. From initial request for advice, through fitting the system and to after-sales questions they have gone over and above all expectations. On seeing the motorhome, they made suggestions that would see the system working better and make substantial reduction in the price too.

It has now been installed and working well for 10 days and we can say goodbye to electric hook up!

GREAT TECHNICAL ADVICE AND SERVICE

We took our new Adria Matrix motorhome to Daventry to have a Solar panel, Inverter and Lithium Battery fitted. We stayed 3 nights parked outside the workshops and were loaned a car enabling us to visit Stratford on Avon and visit friends.
The work was done to a high standard and we wewre kept fully informed throughout. Road Pros technical expertise is excellent. They discovered a battery wiring fault (a build error) which they corrected.
Staff were friendly and made the trip most enjoyable. We have since tested the inverter, batteries etc and are most pleased.

Had a great service from Road Pro, they replaced my old satellite dish and control modal. They replaced it at their factory in Daventry and provided a hire car for me to explore the local sites instead of waiting around.
Their warm and friendly services and explanation of the new system was very professional.
i would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have a satellite system which was supplied by RoadPro (although not installed by them) a few years ago. I started having some problems with it and initially contacted them through their service department for advice/assistance. If I am being honest their initial response wasn't that helpful - they no longer stocked the product and suggested I contacted the manufacturer in Germany.

However after complaining (and writing an initial poor review) I was contacted by one of the Directors and his attempt to try and resolve the issue for me has been excellent! Not easy when we are more than 200 miles apart and the manufacturer is overseas.

We have actually reached the point where the old system is probably broken and we have to bite the bullet and get a new one - which I will certainly do from Road Pro.

Buying a satellite is probably not something you will do very frequently and hopefully when you do everything will be smooth, but it is reassuring to know that if anything does go wrong then there will be someone behind it to try and sort it out!

I think after an initial "blip" which they held their hand up to, the level of service has been excellent.

Earlier this month I had that sinking feeling as I discovered that my Eza 130 lithium power pack and inverter that had been installed by Roadpro 5 years ago had stopped working, this was about the same length of time both of my previous lead acid batteries had lasted. The problem was that I had not checked the unit during the extended winter and COVID lockdown period. After the first six months of the novelty of the new Eza I had failed to check it at all as we always had 12v and 240v power whenever we needed it by just relying on the solar panel and van alternator to top it up. We enjoyed fabulous weeks and weekends away without the worry of being plunged into darkness or loss of power, just stay for a week or a few days - move on and we were back to 100% power.
I tried to resolve the problem by hooking the van up to power for 24hours but this didn’t work so I drove the van to the local supermarket in the hope that the alternator would re-charge it - still it would not turn on. My last hope was to email the guys at Roadpro for help and after several frantic emails back and forward we finally had success and the Eza came back to life! It transpired that that the unit had shut itself down because the power had dropped below 5%, this was because I had unknowingly left the WiFi switched on for all of the longer than usual lay up period. Once we were able to switch the unit on it only took a quick over-night charge from the mains to restore the power back to 100%. Happy Days!

Ordered the wrong size product, Excellent service from Road Pro who sorted everything for me.

Experienced motorhomers, used to touring with maximum independence, we recently purchased a 2 year old, new-to-us European A-Class and approached Road-Pro to fit the equipment we wanted to add. Despite Covid restrictions we had superb service from start to finish. Allen was extremely thorough in his comprehensive assessment and competitive quote, using video calls and giving great advice. We booked in for the fitting of lithium batteries, pure sinewave inverter with automatic changeover, a battery to battery charger, an additional solar panel, a gas BBQ point and the fitting of a WiFi antenna and router. Our appointment slot was stuck to and we were welcomed to stay over on collection. The team could not have been more helpful or professional. Damien must be one of the best technicians we have ever encountered, he listened carefully to our preferences, thought up clever solutions to routing challenges and went the extra mile at every turn. His work was intelligent, neat and of an exceptionally high standard. Many thanks to Allen, Andy and Damien. We can recommend Road Pro without hesitation.

I found RoadPro so very helpful, particularly during these trying Coronavirus times when visiting them in the normal way to discuss options was not a possibility.
We had Whatsapp video calls where everything was discussed "face-to-face" and where they were able to view my campervan and help me make decisions about the best option for a leisure battery system to enable me to be off-grid for long periods.

I have just had my motorhome upgraded by RoadPro - solar panels, wifi, battery to battery charging, Lithium ion battery & a transformer that allows us to recharge our laptops on the go. They were super helpful & very professional. I choose them because of their high standards of workmanship & the great quality equipment & their wise insistence of the value & necessity of transferring to a Lithium Ion battery -I am super grateful that I did. I am already enjoying liofe totally off grid. Highly recommended!
