We recently had a further 110W Solar panel fitted together with a couple of 240 sockets and a USB port in July this year after Covid -19 cancelled our earlier appointment. The service was excellent and Damian did a great job; we had a small blip with a vibrating connection which was rectified without any problem. Since we have been travelling and using our system off grid and it has been working excellently. We would definitely recommend their work and service.

We had an additional 175W solar panel,150 Ahr lithium battery,a 3000W Pure sine wave Inverter, and all the nessesarry kit needed to live off grid full time. We have put the kit to the test for over 30 days now with no electric hook up and we have never been short of power. The weather has not always been sunny but as the vehicle charges the batteries as we drive it’s proved to be life changing for us. We can use electric kettle, TV, hairdryer, laptop, phones, tablet, 2 kindles. And recently when the fridge would‘nt work on gas the inverter powered it for 3 days till we got it fixed. Damien the fitter is in a class of his own. His work is neat & tidy and her explains how the system works clearly. Great company that charge a fair price for a good job with great products. I used Road Pro a good few years ago to purchase a Solar Panel + AGM Batteries and a CTEK 250 Dual DC-DC Charger all of which I installed on our Autotrail Miami, some really good tips being given at the time by Damien.
When we upgraded our Miami to an Autotrail Savannah I wanted to "beef up" the existing Solar Panel and change the leisure batteries to Lithium. Unfortunately due to medical reasons I could not do this myself, but had no hesitation in calling Road Pro knowing that they would have the parts, the expertise, and be able to come back to me quickly.
From start to finish it was another excellent experience from all in the company. From Andrew (the boss) through Allen Jenner (who handled the quote etc) and onto Damien who carried out the installation and the best compliment I can give Damien is that I could not do a better job myself, and he was very tidy as well.
We had to travel down from Scotland to get the work carried out, and we were very well looked after and even due to the covid restrictions we were offered alternative transport while out vehicle was in the workshop. All in all another very pleasant experience with this Company. I cannot recommend them highly enough for ANY work or for supply of parts for your vehicle. Well worth looking at their website and contacting them. (I'll be back)

I've bought quite a bit over the years from RoadPro, and always had great service.
Recently, I had an issue with one of the chargers in my motorhome, so emailed them about it. This started a fast chain of emails, trying to get to the bottom of the problem. When it became clear there was a fault, I was asked to send it back to them and they worked with me to find the best solution (I was offered a replacement straight away).
I won't go into details, I'll simply say the service was far greater than I could have wished for.
You never really know how good or bad a company is, until there's a problem.
RoadPro are exceptional and I can't recommend them enough.

Just had a lithium battery and inverter fitted by Damien. Very impressed with the care taken, the neatness of all the fittings and the clarity of the handover. No hesitation in recommending these guys to anyone with a motorhome.

This is the second time we have used this excellent company and they certainly did not let us down. We had a lithium battery fitted and they also sorted out a problem with an outside TV aerial connection that had proved too much for two well known companies, including the vehicle manufacturer. They are an amazing bunch of guys and the fitter Damien is second to none. Highly recommended.

Bought our first Motorhome 2 weeks ago and had a few issues which 90% I could sort however it had a satellite system that to be honest I did not have clue how to operate. I was getting conflicting advice telling either to rip the lot out and buy a book Hahaha then others saying system needed updating one guy offering to come and do it and it would cost XXX then a couple of people on various Motorhome sites said try Road Pro. Well I'm 300 mile s from them down in Cornwall but I thought it would do no harm to see if they could help or at least point me in the right direction. What I got was much more than I expected 4 or 5 emails and Steve had talked me through everything and the whole system was working perfectly. 4 or 5 emails all of his time and professional know how for nothing. What a guy one thing is for certain I'll bet he doesn't need Horlicks to sleep. If you have a problem with Motorhome electrics you will not do better than dealing with this guy. So many sharks out there these days it is so refreshing to come across an honest to goodness Gentleman... Steve you are a star.

First time i have dealt with this company, because of Covid19 arranging an installation date was put of, they contacted me date arranged, i have had installed a Camos Jewel v2 camera system i am extremely pleased with it, colour rear view and reversing camera, the quality is awesome being able to see what is going on at the rear of the Motorhome. A good camera system installed by a very good efficient company Roadpro

Back in 2018 our motorhome was suffering from a very poor performing leisure battery, I was forever checking if it needed charging or dare I say connection to EHU. A call to RoadPro sales put the wheels in motion and a design and quote was sent to me, this being fully acceptable for what was to be installed. The motorhome was booked in and the installation completed. My wife and I now have no concerns what so ever to travel Europe, for example in September 2018 we toured France and Italy, the first week only saw one EHU being used for the night because it was available! We could stop at any Aires or France Passion and know that there would be power to spare from the two 150 AH NDS Lithium batteries, solar panel and associated equipment all neatly installed by Damian, in an area not convenient for storage. We are planning trips to Scotland and then later Europe again. I'd recommend RoadPro for this quality equipment due to their exceptional expertise in the products they use and Professional installation.

Couldn't fault the service in any way. Bought a CTEK charger that failed almost straightaway. I sent the defective unit back and received the new one within two days and they refunded the postage without any complaints. The bonus was that it was also the cheapest price on the net by almost a tenner !! Fantastic. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We had our satellite dome, wifi and air conditioning fitted, and I must honestly say I had a most professional 5 star experience from both Katherine who organised it all to Damien who installed the equipment.
I believe this is what every company should aim to acheive to customer satisfaction.

This Compnay has the best customer service of any Company I have ever dealt with. Nothing is too much trouble. We were in Scotland when our sattelite system failed. It was not from Roadpro but we thought we would try them . We got an immediate response and one of their Tech Services guys rang me on my mobile and tried for over 10 minutes to fix the fault. What more could you ask.
