This is one of the best transport company j ever have been using trustful politly and they are at the airport at rigth time and they come to the hotel for pick up at time ore littel bit before the time. J will use this company again.

We used Saigon2muine transfers both ways from Ho Chi Minh City to Mui ne and back In December 2013 and it was a problem free and pleasant experience. The cars were pretty new and clean, the drivers very friendly and experienced. Both times it took us 5 hours with a short stop on the way. I can only recommend this excellent service!

Service was performed exactly as advertised - both times the driver showed up on time and got me where I needed to go. The cars were good and the drivers didn't bother me. Payment is handled by PayPal, which is nice.

My family of three used Saigon2MuiNe twice on our vacation in Vietnam. Our driver was waiting at the Nha Trang airport with a sign board when we arrived. He helped get our luggage to the curb and went to get the nice Toyota vehicle to load us up. We were each given a bottle of water, which was a nice touch. We stopped half way to Mui Ne for a rest room break. We arrived in Mui Ne in the amount of time we were told and dropped at our hotel. We also used Saigon2MuiNe for our transfer from our hotel in Mui Ne to our hotel in Saigon. Again we were picked up on time in a nice Toyota vehicle, helped with our luggage and took off. We stopped half way for a short break and then onward to our hotel in Saigon in the allotted time frame we were given. I would definitely recommend Saigon2MuiNe for private transfers in Vietnam and would use them again!

We made a last minute booking and Stefano could not have been more helpful. The price was less than the hotels quote but more other options however the vehicle was comfortable and very appropriate for the long journey. The driver didn't speak any English but wad polite and friendly. We made excellent time and for most of the time felt safe, that's a cultural thing and you just have to accept that driving practices are different in Vietnam. Overall I'd definitely recommend.

We used the services of Saigon2MuiNe 3 times on our recent trip to South Vietnam. Twice to go from Ho Chi Minh City (once from hotel and once from airport) to Phan Thiet and once for a return journey. Each time the driver arrived as expected and drove us safely to our destination. I use the word safely on purpose, because if you have not yet been to Vietnam your first priority should be to find a driver who knows the rules of the road and is able to negotiate the unique traffic conditions in Vietnam.

The driver are very kindness and good serve. The communication by email are great and fast reply.

On both trips the drivers turned up on time and the trip was smooth and safe.
On the way back to Saigon airport, my friend left his mobile phone in the car and he did not realise until we were inside the airport and checked in.
Once he realised he had left the phone behind he went downstairs to look for a public phone to call Saigon2Muine to ask if the driver could check the car.
As he was looking around the airport he noticed our driver, he had found the phone and had come back to the airport to find him without us even making the call.

We used saigon2Muine for to private trips in Vietnam. We used the service from Vung Tau to Mui Ne - and later from Mui Ne to Saigon. Both trips went hazzel free. The drivers were on time - and the cars were very comfortable. They drove us safely to our next stop without any problems.

A little worried booking a taxi journey which would take 5 hours there and back in Vietnam on the Internet .
I needn't have been, this is an excellent service. After booking emails were received back to me confirming time and date.
The modern, clean 7 seated car arrived out side my hotel The Majestic, Saigon on time given. The driver was great. 5 long hours later I arrived at Mu Ni. We had one break at a stop which I think is designated for Europeans etc.
The return was just as smooth.
Would not hesitate using again. Peace of mind knowing long journey taxis are booked in advance is great. Knowing the 5 hour return journey would be comfortable and timely put my mind at rest and be able to enjoy my beach stay.
Plus the website to book was easy.

We travelled from Saigon to Mui Ne return and enjoyed every minute. We had spent time travelling on buses and decided to be a little luxurious for our last week in Vietnam. Best decision we made. Well worth the money. Booking was easy.
Our drivers couldn't speak much English but we were able to work out how long we had at the stop overs easily enough. The cars were on time (even when I changed our pickup time on the net) , they were comfortable, air conditioned and modern.
On the way back to Saigon our driver stopped to buy us dragon fruit, gave us water and lollies. He was cool and calm driving through the peak traffic into Saigon and we arrived exactly on time to our hotel. Worth paying for!

The driver was punctual with the pick up and got us to our destination safely. We had a smooth 5 hour drive from Nha trang to mui ne which included a stop for lunch.
The car was comfortable and spacious.
This option is considerably more expensive than the bus, but a good one if you want to travel comfortably or if the limited daily bus departures can't accommodate your personal needs.

Positives driver was punctual, we left 5 minutes early, and without a doubt he was a safe driver and we all comfortable in his ability.

Negatives, it was a 4 and a half hour drive and we expected more room in he car, yes it was a 7 sweater but the luggage was put on the back seat, we assumed the large cases would would be put on the roof.
We stopped after 45 minutes then didn't stop again, thought we should have had a break after 2 hours for as much his bennefit as ours.
Finally when we got to the area of our destination he didn't know where we were staying, and with no English it was difficult, having said that, we did get, we are booked to go with the company again tomorrow, and are happy to give them another go. Only hope either bigger car or luggage on roof.

My friend and I took the trip from mui ne to saigon at 10 am. We were already finish with check out at 9.20 am. The driver was at 9.30 am at our resort, perfect timing, so we neednt to waste the time. Everything was really uncomplicated and the driver was the best driver we had ever in vietnam. Before that we had a luxory driver from saigon to mui ne for 350$ with a mercedes e-class and the driver was nice but he drove awful! We had to stop by the police because he drove too fast and he needed more than an hour to find our resort. Never book it again!! Happily find muine2saigon in internet for only 105$!! And the trip was great, we felt really confident with our driver.

The best thing ever was: As we arrived at our hotel in saigon my friend forgot his iphone5 in the car. We realized it than we were in our room. Running to the concierge to call at the agency of the driver to bring it back. The receptionist meant that he would never see the cellphone again because it costs more than a vietnamese earn in a month. Sadly we believed it but than the agency called us that the driver was on his way back to the hotel to bring us the iphone. Fortunately he brought us the phone, we wanted to give him extra tip but he didnt want it until we pray to take it thankfully.

Sometimes there are real kind people in this world! We will never forget it! Thank you muine2saigon! See you next time we will definetely recommend you to our family and friends!

Me and my girlfriend are happy we traveled with saigon2muine after a really long flight which was delayed. Without any hassle the driver waited outside the airport with our sign taking us to his car. We were about 2 hours late so the driver must have been waiting for a while. The car was spacious and comfortable and the driver was friendly and drove us safely to our destination in Mui Ne. It took about 4,5h with a lunch break. we can really recommend this service and we would without a doubt travel with them again!

We used the service two times. I arranged the booking and payment on the internet and got the confirmation mail with clear information within minutes.The drivers were always in time, very friendly and driving very careful. The cars were new and very comfortable. We also travelled by train, but next time i wouldn't do that anymore and use this private transfer service. I really would recommend this company for travelling in Vietnam?

The driver was very nice, however with limited skills in English. The car was a clean, comfortable SUV which unfortunately had a smell of vacuum cleaner. The drive took six hours but we had expected four hours.

This way of travelling between HCMC and Mui Ne is very convenient for à family with kids 8, 10, 12.
