We booked a trip from nha trang to mui ne. Without any problemes we could change the day we wanted to travel. We had a gery polite an secure driver and the vehicle was a very nice and comfortable car.,thanx!!!

We used Saigon2MuiNe at the beginning of the July 2013 for roundtrip service to Mui Ne from Saigon. We had a total of 7 passengers and used the 16 passenger van. The drivers were both right on time (or even early). The van was comfortable, relatively new, and most importantly had air conditioning. The size was just right for 7 adults (and easily fit all our luggage). It is a rather long ride (5 solid hours) to Mui Ne from Saigon...so I would recommend picking a large car for the ride. Both of our drivers spoke very little english, but nothing to cause any problems. Both drivers stopped halfway through the drive for a toilet break. Our only compliant is that our driver on the way back to Saigon texted several times while driving. While this may not seem like a big deal, the drive to and from Mui Ne is hectic (2 lane road with lots of passing and lots of traffic). The texting was not safe especially on these roads. However, other than the texting we were pleased with the service.

We had a last minute change of plan, and needed a taxi to go from Mui Ne to Nha Trang within one hour.
We called Saigon2Muine hotline, a well spoken english girl answered and arranged the taxi to pick us up within the next 20 min.
She also was present at the pick up time and location agreed upon to collect the money, check that driver/car arrangements was of our liking, and wish us a good trip.
Overall great service, well worthy the money spent!

Also we had a wild night before and overslept our booked time but the driver waited us out for almost 45 minutes.

He wasn't happy but he waited so we was able to catch our next flight.

I would use this company again. I suppose they could drive you elsewhere than Mui Ne <-> HCMC also if needed, they seem flexible enough.

What an amazing experience dealing with this professional company. Nothing was too much trouble to accommodate. Emails were responded to immediately and requested information provided. Many changes to the itinerary were seamlessly and efficiently accommodated and processed.
Transport provided was extremely comfortable and vehicles were in mint condition. Pick-ups were perfectly punctual and drivers very friendly, cautious on the road and willing to go the extra mile. The limited English of the drivers was not an issue for me.
I can highly recommend this service. The fee seemed a little high, but that was due to my ignorance of distance, toll fees etc and what a tough drive it actually is. The fee is actually very reasonable for what you get.
Stefano and his team really deliver a professional service which I can highly recommend.

The transfer was perfect, as it should be. Good conditions, good car and the speed was legal and safe.

Excellent service. Car was modern and clean. Driver arrived on time, stopped at some great places for breaks and lunch, despite the traffic and duration of the trip from Da Lat to Saigon the driver was always courteous and delivered us safely to our destination. Would definitely use again.

I wanted to add a little flexibility to our trip from Mui Ne to Nha Trang, so decided to drive rather than take the train. Found a terrific site whilst surfing the Net. Really easy to book and pay. Lots of information available. Confirmation the next day. Actually had email conversation with a real person, who was helpful and friendly. They are picking us up from our hotel in a private car. Our experience with Saigon2MuiNe was TERRIBLE. We had pre-paid and our driver was OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE to pick us up from the airport in Nha Trang. We called the company several times, at first they said he was there and just couldn't see us which made no sense as there were only 5 or so drivers waiting for customers. This turned out to be a lie and the truth was they couldn't get in contact with the driver. The woman on the phone was rude and unhelpful. She was completely unsympathetic that we had been waiting so long and that we had a 4 hour drive ahead of us. When I asked for a partial refund of some kind I was flat out refused. I was only offered a small discount the next time we booked with them, which obviously I refused to do as I didn't get the impression from the company that they would be making an effort next time. They really didn't seem to care that they had kept us waiting for that long at the airport with no answers as to what was happening and when we could expect to get picked up. Shocking! I would go with another company or catch a taxi. When we enquired with several taxi drivers they were happy to match the price (we didn't go with them in the end because I wasn't confident Saigon2MuiNe would give me a refund). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I was truely scare för my and my childrens life. The driver was not friendly and didn´t speak almost any english. He was in i great hurry and behaved very badly towards other viechels on the road. I never go with the company saigon2muine again and won´t recommend it to anyone. Our worst trafic-experiende during our three months in Vietnam.

Great service, excellent and prompt communication. Professional driver with specified car was waiting at the hotel half an hour early. Took us straight to our destination, on time, without trying to stop anywhere for us to buy anything. Highly recommended to anyone looking to do a private transfer in Vietnam. As well, they handled our Visa-on-arrival applications, all was in order and ready when we arrived at the airport. Great company, I would definitely use their services again.
