I bought 4 pairs for my mother which has very wide feet and usually buys tight shoes because there are a few products for her out there. She is loving them. They are made of a very flexible and malleable material that doesn't hurt her feet. I love them. When she's worn them to death, I'll order another batch from these same guys.

My wife ordered and received two pairs of boots in January which arrived promptly. They were not the correct fit and were returned for a refund. Nothing heard back tried ringing on several occasions phone line now disconnected.
DO NOT BUY From this firm.

I bought some shoes off this company, they arrived swiftly but they were too big so i send the back on the 15th Feb 2016 and have not received any refund since. I have tried ringing them (on 0161 941 2802 and 0800 145 5764 - this second number doesnt work ) and emailing them several but to no avail and with no contact except a automated email to say that they will be in touch soon... Please can someone help me as I as very concerned that I will not receive my refund. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ADVISE ME AS TO WHETHER THERE IS ANYWAY I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK?

I ordered boots 3 weeks ago on 6 Feb. Money has been deducted but still no sign of the order. Attempts to contact them by phone, email and via their online form have gone unanswered. Worst experience I've ever had ordering online. Seriously suspect site from my experience though the high trust pilot rating offers some hope.

I made a purchase from this company. Three weeks later and I am still waiting for the refund. No response to my emails, no response to my answerphone messages. There are no operators to answer their phones.
I have now lodged a complaint/dispute via Paypal and surprise surprise, they have not responded to that.

Avoid this seller if you want to reclaim refunds.

I bought a pair of slippers as a Christmas gift so can't comment on the actual footware. Fast and straight forward purchase without any hassle and delivered very promptly. Would buy from here again.

I had never used shoes.co.uk before and can't believe I've missed this gem! I was looking for Fly London boots but most stores only had about two or three styles to choose from but this website had about five pages worth!

And the price? AMAZING!!! I got my boots in the sale for under £70 saving a MASSIVE £55!!!

Rockport shoes arrived within schedule for standard delivery and are very comfortable. Payment straightforward. No problem !

Ordered some shoes. Quite slow in coming and faulty on arrival. Sent them back and heard nothing for a week. Phoned the number on the website on a Friday but no one answered. Phoned the 0800 number so costing me more. Someone did answer that call and said shoes had been returned but she didn't know what I wanted to happen ie a replacement or refund. I said I had made this very clear on the returns form that I wanted a replacement if in stock or a refund. I had paid for these shoes so I wonder how long they were going to sit on my money and do nothing? Was told new shoes would be sent on Monday. The next day my new shoes arrived! Shoes are fine but poor communication. Would hesitate to use this website again.

The shoes are extremely comfortable & the service very reliable.

It is a great company and would use them again only one comment it went to my old address,but I did get my order and hopefully have sorted the address out now.
