After we placed our order and never received anything the credit card company contacted us because the card was used for buying goods with a value of about 2000 EURO's that WE never bought.
These are not only scammers but also credit card criminals! Beware of this company and any company displayed on instagram!

I ordered a pair of expensive shoes of £200 for a birthday present. I have not heard anything from the company, won’t respond back to my emails and the money has been taken out of my bank.

I have now tryed for severel days to get in contact with the costumer service, i am completly ignored, the service stinks i guess it is a scam so now my Boy have lost All his money, i Will constanly write bad reviews until i get a completly refund.

Never order from an unsecured website like this one.

I've made an order in 24 December, OVGB2018/020962, for a pretty expensive pair of boots. I've made the payment. The order confirmation was for 29 December. I didn't received the order yet, I've sent 3 emails to the company and they say they' check, but nothing yet. Very, very bad service.

stay away..ships from China.ships 10£ worth shoes,and then comes up with some lame excuses .ordered crazy explosive 2017black basketball shoes, two weeks later received some blue FAKE(confirmed by adidas store) ultra boost shoes.now offering keaping shoes for small refund.copy of response email from seller:::(I have confirmed that the warehouse made the mistake. We apologize for that.So how about keeping the goods in your hand,we will offer you some best refund as compensation. as if you sent it back you will cost a lot of shipping fee and custom tax and it also maybe lost during return, it is not deserved.

Unacceptable. Ordered sandals got snow boots. Offered a 10% refund. Garbage knock off boots. Went dark when i refused this ridiculous offer. Thieves and liars

I never wrote a review online but this service is terrible and I lost my money. I bought shoes which I never received even after 4 weeks (they said it would take 3 weeks maximum). I e-mailed the shop 3 times nobody has ever responded to me. Worst experience buying onilne. DO NOT BUY IT'S A SCAM, NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL!!

Delivery took 9 days, but this included 2 Weekends and was by unknown courier who dropped them off in a secure place for us.
Have had these shoes before, as they can easily take the orthotic insoles.

It didn't really matter because they were dog walking boots BUT to order brown and receive black could have been a concern!
