The Speediance Gym Monster has been a great investment for my home setup. Having my own personal gym has been a game changer—I’ve got the rower, bench attachments, and pretty much all the accessories, and I’ve even canceled my gym membership because of it.
It may seem expensive at first, but with four people in my household using it, it actually ends up being more cost-effective than paying for multiple gym memberships. The AI features and health integration also make it feel like you have a personal trainer right at home, which adds a lot of value.
I’ve run into a few issues with the machine, but Speediance’s customer service has been very responsive and helpful in getting everything sorted out. Overall, I’m really happy with the experience and the convenience it brings.

We just received our gym monster and this thing is awesome!
The buying experience was great as we had some questions and the Speediance team were very quick to respond and help.
Speediance owe me more than 3000 euro
It was confirmed to me that they would deliver the equipment to my door, but when it arrived the delivery company only said they had instructions to leave it on the street, so I refused it and requested a refund. However it took Speediance almost 60 days and lots of emails back and forth to comply, finally after a very firm legal realisation they refunded me. But as Im in Spain and Spanish law dictates that if they dont process the refund within 14 days I have the right to a double refund they still havent complied. Speediance are now ignoring me and Im taking this to EU, the Spanish tax agency and looking into their "influencers" to see how deep they are involved in this scam.
Gym Monster 2s its Fantastic
Great machine the Gym Monster 2s is unmatched. The white glove service set up was also excellent and they have top notch customer service. All around great company.

Very good service. Even though the warranty had already expired, I received replacement cables without any issues. They also included a small gift to compensate for the defective product. I really appreciate the excellent customer support. Highly recommended!
They left me stranded and injured and will not help future customers by improving their processes
OK so, I've used it for a while now and the product itself is good. That's why I've given 2 stars.
The reason it is only 2 is because
1) they delivered it to outside my block of flats. It weighs 150 kg and is in a huge box. They never informed that this was the case. They just said it is standard shipping rules from their company - as if I should know that. I said to them they should inform people before they order and they said no, we should know this already. I would have been fine if they had updated their process here - we all make mistakes. But this was a horrible surprise that should not have been a surprise.
2) After having an unmoveable box outside my flat, I called their phone. I was told I would get help moving and they would call me back. I waited. I tried an hour later, I waited. All day I called them and they wouldn't call back. In the end it was dark and I panicked. I didn't want to leave it outside all night. I tried to open the box and get the equipment out myself.
3) They finally answered one of my emails with useless information - that getting it out of the box was easy. I can tell you it wasn't. I injured my lower back trying to get the 150kg piece of metal out of the box. But honestly I feared far worse injury- I thought it was going to land on top of me at one point. No instructions at all. Only much later did they tell me that they had a video on youtube explaining it. Once again how was I meant to know that. And why does it take all day with no response?
4) I finally got it to my cellar, where there is no internet (it is 4 floors below my flat). Only to find out that it literally doesn't work at all without internet. I have a 150kg brick in my cellar. I say I want to return it, but to do so I would need to put it back in the box (literally impossible - even if I had an advanced puzzle degree to work out where all the styrofoam blocks go, there is no way I could put 150kg of metal into that box. They said I should have realised because they have online exercises. I said it was not clear that they whole thing doesn't work, even if you don't want online content.
5) Again I said to them - why don't you tell people you need internet? Before buying say 1) we deliver to outside your house - please watch these videos to see if it works for you and 2) it needs internet to run. Then get people to agree.
6) As a third thing 3) Let people know about all the customs duty they will pay. I bought on a .ch website and paid in CHF. This implies that delivery is from Switzerland. It wasn't. I had to pay 400 CHF of import duties which was a horrible surprise again.
7) On all 3 things they refused to inform people in future saying it should be obvious. This is the absolute worst thing. I had a terrible experience, paying 400 CHF more than thought, injuring myself and fearing bigger injury, and not being able to use the thing at all when it arrived, with no way of returning. And they won't even accept my feedback for how to make it better for future receivers.
8) They then told me on email that it does work without internet. I asked how twice and received no response from them either time. Presumably because it doesn't work without internet.
In the end I moved it to somewhere with internet where I didn't want to have it, and it works.
But my overall experience with the company is be very careful. If it doesn't work for you, you have a 150kg brick that you can't return and they won't help you.

Gym Monster 2 was my best purchase of 2025
Gym Monster 2 was my best purchase of 2025. Transformed the way I exercise. I love the guided programs. Although I'm not new to lifting weights, the programs do push me. Also loving how I can link my Apple watch to the machine so that I can monitor my heart rate. Another plus is that it saves so much space; just fold up the base when not in use.

I have been using the Speediance Gym Monster for over two years now and it has made me so much more consistent at working out. I like that I can create a custom workouts. It just guides me through the steps each day so that I can just listen to podcasts while the machine does all the thinking. And, the customer support has been amazing!

He worked tirelessly with me to solve the problem, not with the actual Gym Monster but with its return (I only returned it because my husband who has MS and major mobility issues and fine motor skill issues, was not able to use it). Andrew remained in constant contact with me from beginning to end and expedited the refund process. I am so grateful to him.

I'd like to share my experience with the Speediance GymMonster 2 and its support.
I've had my Gym Monster 2 for several months now and I really enjoy training with it. It's a lot of fun and very space-saving. The exercises are explained brilliantly on the screen, and you can see the results on your body!
Speediance's support is world-class. I've rarely experienced better support. I'd especially like to commend Andrew, who helped me very quickly, immediately, and to the highest degree. He's very professional and customer-oriented. Thank you, Andrew!
All in all, I would buy the machine again in a heartbeat, and I can't praise the support enough.
When it works, its good; when it doesn't work (and that will happen) it's an expensive paperweight
When the machine is working well, it is quite good. But when it fails, or when forced system upgrades reduce my ability to use functions I depend on, then the machine is a frustrating hunk of wasted space and money. On top of this, the customer service has never been good. And the system requires a very fast internet connection, which I do not always have, to use some of the features.
I mostly use the machine in Freelift mode, which requires very little from my internet. As stated. When it works, this is mostly good. But a recent upgrade significantly changed this user interface to make many of its features much harder to use, which has the effect of badly interrupting the workout. In addition, the same upgrade knocked out the machine's ability to consistently recognize its own Bluetooth ring for weight adjustment, which all but kills most of my workouts. Tech support is not helpful with this. They indicated the interface issues might be fixed on the next update, and they had no useful suggestions for the ring problem (on top of which, annoyingly, they were totally unapologetic.)
In short, I'm not asking much from this machine. I've spent a great deal of money, and what I hoped for was something with a range of motions and a consistent ability to use them. The capacity is in the machine for wide ranging motions, but gaining access to them has been frustrating, inconsistent, and at times impossible. I'm so sad that I spent so much to buy this thing.
