It is very helpful app and good customer service. The only disadvantage is you have to top up at least £5 every six months otherwise you will lose the amount you have as a credit.

Having problems with international calling card ringing twice and hanging up, spoke to customer care and Chris answered the phone, dealt with my query, explained what I need to do to resolve the problem and transferred the credit from one account to another! I have used the call the world card for a number of years. However, the last 2 years have been very frustrating when attempting to top up. Various credit/debit cards usedand home phone registered also. For my elderly mother, very disappointed from a big company like Tesco. As an aside. I also have a Tesco credit card and yet still problems encountered topping up.

Been with Tesco calling card for many years. However, it stopped working about a year ago. Problem was I could hear them they could not hear me. About £10 of credit was wasted, due to this error. Called customer services at the time and was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. This did not work so I left it it. However, it worked on my wife's phone.
I updated my phone to a newer model, and thought I would give customer services another go, I got through to Chris. What can l say, Chris was fantastic he is a real credit to tesco. I explained what happened, he immediately put a free £2 credit on the account, and advised me to test. Not only that, he said he would call me back to find out if it had worked, an hour later....
Guess what, it did work and he called me back an hour later, which I think is exceptional customer services. He Even gave me an extra £2 of credit.👍👍👍

Natalia’s service is top notch, she treated me with professionalism and kindness. She helped me with my Tesco International calling account when my online payments were not going through and I wasn’t inconvenienced that much as she added credit to my account while the technical team was figuring out the issue. Tesco International is really affordable, I highly recommend it.

Trusted Tesco for years so when going abroad I asked best way to go and they said use this !! While away I managed 1 text but every time I called it just kept going silent so ended up using my original tariff that cost ££. when I got home I called Tesco international and explained but was told sorry its over 30 days so nothing can be done !!!!!!!!!! they could see on the system only 10p had been used but hard luck basically !. I then called Tesco customer care who were great and give me a refund but as for Tesco International they can shove it!!!
