Using the App was very simple and…

Using the App was very simple and straight forward. I was kept updated on my mechanic arriving, even though slightly late, the app kept me up to date.

The mechanic Micheal provided a great service and was very helpful. Temporary solution applied and managed to get home without an issue.

Highly recommend the service and process

Thank goodness for the AA!

It's always a bad day when something goes wrong and you need the AA. Today, my call was answered quickly, and shortly after - exactly in the estimated time-frame, Damien arrived. Damien is such a knowledgable engineer. He diagnosed the battery problem and got the car running quickly with advice about getting a long-term fix. I was both relieved to be able to get on with my day, but also mightily impressed with the overall service and lucky to meet a brilliant engineer.

Fantastic survey of vehicle

Fantastic survey of vehicle . Josh was helpful and informative. Diagnosed fault quickly , very happy with his response to questions . A very nice chap , got myself and my son back on the road quickly , many thanks to him and his expertise . Thank you AA 😊

We were really pleased with the texts…

We were really pleased with the texts about arrival times and changes.
Vern was a pleasure to communicate with.
Found the app frustrating and annoying as it repeatedly asked me the same questions.
Was worried no one would come.
Vern ensured we arrived home safely and he gave us advice.
So pleased I was able to speak to a human on the 0800 number, it made such a difference, definately reassured me that help was on the way.

Cameron was efficient

Cameron was efficient, polite and friendly. Quickly discovered the problem with my car and also looked up where I could get a replacement battery.

Excellent speedy service

Excellent speedy service. Mechanics was friendly and explained what he was doing clearly. I then escorted me to my home address and advised not to use the vehicle unless taking to the garage.

After calling MG assist Paul arrived…

After calling MG assist Paul arrived within the hour and carried out various tests. It was decided that the best course of action would be to get it to the MG garage and that a hire car would be delivered to me on Monday. Paul was very helpful and informative at every stage. Thank you

I phoned the AA due to my car not…

I phoned the AA due to my car not starting. The call was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The patrolman arrived as advised and was extremely helpful and friendly. I have been with the AA for a number of years and they have always been excellent.

Great experience with John but had to wait 3+ hrs the previous day.

Great experience with John this time.

I will say I have had bad experiences with the AA the previous day having to wait 3+ hours for a patrol, on my own in a dark car park and despite calling to let them know I was scared on my own as a young woman, they did nothing. They also didn’t send me a questionnaire after that experience but did today about a different positive experience. Seems a bit suspicious.

The AA are good to have and John was lovely but not sure about it overall.
