Very speedy response ( within 15 minutes ) and Dan was able to resolve the issue inside 4 minutes ( without the need to open his toolbox, using experience alone ) Friendly and reassuring manner also.

The AA came very promptly and explained the situation clearly to me . Euan the AA engineer was extremely courteous and pleasant . I was reassured by his assessment of the battery and he quickly replaced the old battery with a new battery which now gives me peace of mind . as i have a long journey to the west next week

The AA patrol Martin, was excellent. He saw the problem and quickly dealt with it in a professional and courteous manner. Great asset to your company. Sadly the call handling procedure was overcomplicated. And very confusing. Press 1 for this 2 for that and went on and on. Dropped the call twice after I typed in various answers to there automated questions. It's not what you want when your probably in a stressful situation. I personally would prefer a reassuring calm human being rather than Mr Android. The text that they said would link to GPS on my mobile never came through. And wasn't necessary in my situation as the car was in my own drive. Quite safe. When my AA runs out I will certainly look to see if there callout procedure has improved any before I renew. Spoke to several friends today who all had similar takes to tell about the callout telephone experience. Please improve.Martin 10 out of 10 Thank You.

I had the misfortune of suffering from a flat tyre. Unfortunatly, as with most modern day cars, no spare is provided. I contacted the AA for help and within the hour help had arrived.
On arrival the AA guy rang several tyre garages seeking assistance. Finally one was found about two miles away who could render immediate help. In next to no time he had whipped the wheel off and we were on our way. I suppose it was about another hour and we were back at my car with wheel fitted with a new tyre.
In all just under two hours from calling them out to me being on my way. Excellant service.

What an absolute credit Nick is to the AA. He was absolutely incredible in helping me safely get my van to a garage myself to be repaired.

The mechanic came and repaired the tyre within 30 mins

I contacted the AA 0n Tuesday morning 14th July as I had problems with my Vehicle having a Flat Battery, after a very short time James the AA Engineer turned up and confirmed that I did indeed have a problem Battery, this was confirmed by James carrying out various checks on the battery.
James then supplied and fitted a new Bosch battery to my Toyota Yaris for me. Service from the AA and James was excellent.

I had an issue with my car today and called AA. Sam arrived within the time stated, he was very courteous and diagnosed the issue quickly and efficiently. He ensured the car was dropped off at the garage and that I got home safely. Excellent service, thank you.

Being able get through almost Immediately, great communication with lady who answered the phone, breakdown person pleasant and helpful, seemed to enjoy his job ( rare thing these days) just an all around easy experience at such a stressful time

Roger turned up in under an hour, did an excellent job of fixing a large hole in my tire made by a bolt. He then followed behind me whilst I drove to a garage for a new tire. Brilliant service, made a bad situation as good as it could be.

Genuinely aa service is really good as always help as much as they can
But today unfortunately the guy (mark )
Who came to help was not in mood to help
He was only making excuses not to work
Came 1 hour late,then said made a excuse that I can’t find the tools as this is not my van ,then gone to grab tool which he even didn’t use ,as I feel he had no idea which tool he wanted,
Then he done some bits and bobs and came with another excuse that I can’t fix it as it’s locksmith’s job and connected me with some locksmith guys who was charging me extra and didn’t have idea when can they come,as nobody was helpful and it was frustrating
In end I made a harsh decision to break my window glass to open my locked car because my phone,purse,home keys basically everything was in the car and mark was just making excuses and wasting time

*5 review, I had a flat tyre at the side of the road and Ryan was passing and offered his help straight away and got me safely to a garage. So relieved. He was also very friendly. 5* service 🙂

He was able to get the car started. Used his local contacts right at the end of the day to source a new battery and fit it once I got back safely. Cheers much appriactied
