The AA was easy to contact and were very quick to answer any questions they were very helpful and friendly a real pleasure I will be recommending all my friends and family to join if they haven’t already well done to all on an excellent service once again thanks

Unable to use AA app,as a Natwest…

Unable to use AA app,as a Natwest platinum member as there wasnt an option to use the app for me.

After eventually finding the contact details to contact the AA through my banks app, i was asked to download the the AA app ,in doing so wasnt able to use it as no log on option for Natwest customer was available.
Plus having been a previous AA member my old log in details were still on the system but not active, so was automatically attempted to log on to that account.

Had to wait and try to call an operator, then I didnt have the appropriate information needed to hand that was needed (bank sort no! Last digits of bank account no! Ect)
This took me over 20mins of panic and stress after breaking down.
All was eventually sorted over the phone,who sent me a tempory link to the App ,but surly i think there should be an easier option for reporting a breakdown through the app for natwest members.

Glad im an AA member…

Once I had called the AA I was kept informed of their progress and estimated times of arrival. The response time was reasonable considering I wasn't in an unsafe place or at risk. Once they arrived the mechanic was very helpful and explained everything he was checking for. He recommended a local garage and followed me there to make sure I arrived safely, then he drove me home. I have been an AA member for years and haven't needed to use it before., but I'm glad I have it.

Sam did a terrific job …

Sam the gentleman from the AA really did a terrific job he was professional and knew exactly what was wrong with the car. He went out of his way to rectify the issue if by bad luck I need the services of the AA I hope to have Sam resolving any future issues.

A very quick and reassuring

A very quick, response. Craig who came to me was very calming and reassuring as i was broken down on a busy round anout..
He explained everything very clearly and got me and my car to a safe place so he could tow me to my preferred garage. He also helped me organise a hire car whilst the clutch is being repaired at the garage.

Shaun was in attendance promptly and…

Shaun was in attendance promptly and dealt with the punctured tyre replacement with a temporary tyre speedily and efficiently with the minimum delay.He provided a first class service.
I have now had the punctured tyre repaired professionally and fitted on my vehicle with the temporary spare replaced in the car boot for any emergency.
