Second time I've unfortunately had to use the AA in the past 12 months and both times they have given great service.
Most recently a dead battery whilst away from home. From recording the breakdown to Jack arriving was 10 minutes so I know I was very fortunate but the time before they were there within the hour.

What was a pretty crap start to my thursday morning ended up being a little bit brighted by how lovely and helpful Mangeet was. He was super friendly making me feel slightly less embarrased about hitting a curb and blowing my tyre and helped me to a garage to be fixed (even if it did take 4 trys to find one that actually did tyres!!!). Couldnt be happier with the service. Thank you Mangeet!

Contacting AA was a nightmare as all digital and the numbers asked for didn’t work
By the 3rd time I eventually got through to someone who was helpful
This method of calling Aa for help is distressing when the situation is frightening and car in dangerous position and women on own

Arrived approx time they said. Rang to say they would be with me in 5 minutes of arriving. Service was friendly and professional

Sam the technician was amazing! He diagnosed and fixed the problem in fast time and despite the current heatwave, he remained professional and pleasant throughout. He kept me informed at all stages and made the whole process seamless. I would highly recommend AA and especially Sam my technician.

Arrived with a beaming smile in sweltering heat , friendly, attentive and sorted the problem within 10 minutes and we were on our way - it needs to go to main dealers under warranty but he got us going without any trouble - so glad we have the AA through- excellent attitude and professionalism James 👍👍

The speed of AA response and his skill in assessing my problem, accessing my spare tyre, completing the job in minutes. I especially appreciated his additional help in locating a tyre repairer for me and waiting as I drive away to ensure I was safely on my way
