Perfect, they have given me a great service

Poor service and BAD communication, not only with me, but with my previous mortgage lenders. I found myself having to do their job for them so I would not lose more and more money in interest each day.

Mortgage completion date led them to completing 9 days late and led to me losing HUNDREDS OF POUNDS £££ in Interest charges.

TCS could not care less and kept on passing the buck. Then asked me to pay them some shortfalls because or they would not complete, the cheek. They had all the information required to handle the completion on time. WOULD NOT expect such a simple thing like completion (of which they must do hundreds of) to be dealt with in such an unprofessional and lazy manner.

Considering the current situation in the world at the moment TCS was brilliant from the start to finish, very professional, keeping me updated via TXT and email. took a little less than 4 weeks and that was only due to a final redemption statement from my last mortgage. Daisy my case handler was excellent. Would use again when the time comes.

I recently remortgaged through my broker who normally deals with all my paperwork. We changed our lender which meant that I would have to complete some paperwork work myself but having to deal with TCS was a pleasure. They were great help and helped to complete earlier than estimated.

I felt the service was excellent, I was well informed of the process from start to finish.
And even with the issues we are going through at the moment, completion was still met on the correct date.

Although my simple remortgage is complete, it took far to long and I'm not actually sure if they've done 'anything' right at all. I am sure that I'm ~£250 out of pocket though and they don't seem to want to reply to emails about that.

I had to use them because the Natwest assigned them. So I'd consider signing up for a Natwest mortgage whilst they continue to associate with TCS if I were you.

Don't bother asking me to email one of your customer service email addresses, I already have, they don't respond.

I am only giving them one star because i can't give them zero stars.
The previous reviews speak for themselves, 33% of them are bad so it's no coincidence i had a bad experience too.
Their customer service is terrible and they could have at least apologised to me for how long and poorly they dealt with my case but they didn't so i felt the need to write this review and tell others.
The worst company i have ever dealt with. Terrible communication, you never have one single person dedicated to your case that you can call. Emails are rarely replied to and when they do they don't answer your questions. Very difficult to actually get through to someone on the phone. Very unprofessional and don't have a clue what they are doing.
What should have been a simple remortgage got dragged out 6 months and only to find out that my case was dropped because the mortgage company wouldn't accept my mortgage. This should have been discovered months earlier by TCS and communicated to me instead of wasting 6 months of my time.
They took on my case in Sept 2019. My existing fixed rate mortgage was ending on the 31st Dec 2019 and they knew this. It ended, i went onto a variable rate. My payments inevitably increased. My new mortgage offer that i had lined up then expired on 7th Feb. I had to apply for a new mortgage then this finally got rejected on 16th March and they dropped my case.
They wasted 6 months of my time due to their total incompetence.

TCS provided a great service, all emails are responded to quickly and my case handler explained everything to me in detail. Would definitely recommend

Happy overall but Improvement needed.
We are given TCS as part of the free legals offered by a our new lender for a remortgage. Overall they were efficient but once the case was allocated communication disappeared with emails not answered and the handler never available when I rang. I called 5 times over the period for various things and never were they available. My biggest concern was that the completion statement sent to us was wrong by several thousands of pounds and had clearly not been checked. They were quick to blame our previous lender for providing the wrong info but had they checked they would have seen a glaring error in that the early redemption penalty was included even though we were remortgaging after that expired. I appreciate that mistakes happen but was disappointed with a lack of quality control and accuracy at TCS' end for something quite important. After that and an input from our broker things concluded satisfactorily.
So, overall a good service but some clear room to improve with ensuring accurate info is sent out.
