This business KNEW it was going into administration and still accepted an order of over six thousand pounds from us. Worse than that, when we were CONSTANTLY chasing for delivery updates, explaining we were without ovens and having to mess our fitter about we were blatantly lied to - told it was the distributors fault, told things will definitely arrive... all whilst knowing they were in significant debt and could not fulfil orders.
I was verbally abused by the director of this company. We constantly chased our money, even giving him a month to get things sorted - when the second date that he had promised to return our money passed, the director was too busy to help us owing to being on holiday.

The worst company to deal with. Do not buy as they never delver. I think they have gone bust as there is no website and no one answers the phones.

Total liars
Total liars. Ordered and paid for 16 appliances from them in January and was told most would be next day delivery. Received 5 of them and then was given 9 different delivery dates for the rest. Given so many different excuses. Eventually asked for a refund as we had been without kitchen for several months waiting for them. Was told would receive refund with 5-7 day. Nothing happened but was told refund had been authorised and would be with me next day. Again nothing, just more excuses and lies Eventually had to put in a claim through my credit card
This has caused so much stress. They knew they were in trouble but still took peoples hard earnt money.

I purchased some decorative paneling from Trade prices direct on the 19th of April as their website showed a good price and 3-5 working day delivery so I had it in time for the bank hols to finish my bathroom, its now the 17th of June, No panels arrived !!!! weeks went past lots of calls to chase and emails to substantiate my comments, after requesting a cancellation of the order following a failed promised delivery date and then an offer of a refund which I accepted, I Find myself still waiting, I have now formally raised this with my bank and they have escalated with Visa. reading the other negative comments it is not just myself who has been treated in the same fashion, I now have been contacted following my post and been advised that they have dealt with my situation poorly as the company has gone under!!!!.

I ordered a Fridge/Freezer From Trade Prices Direct and paid in full. They agreed a delivery date of 18th May 2023. As I hadn't had any contact from a courier I contacted them in 15th May 2023 to confirm it was still arriving. They confirmed the delivery date. Nothing arrived and I contacted a man again by email but he failed to respond. I contacted him on the phone and he promised to call me back in 2hrs. He didn't. I contacted him again on 20th May 2023 and told him if he couldn't confirm when my appliance would be delivered I wanted a refund. He agreed on this call to cancel my order and refund me. He said he would email to confirm. He didn't. I emailed again on 21st May and asked him to confirm that my order was cancelled and my money would be refunded. He emailed me to say he had been working all weekend to clear a backlog at work. He confirmed that the order had been cancelled down and I would receive email confirmation. I have not received anything further and he fails to respond. This company seems to have very few employees as I am always passed to one man to answer my query. they seem to be unable to offer any customer service when things go wrong. I have now had no refund or any further emails from the company and have had to start the dispute process through my credit card company. Don't trust this company with your money. They promise the earth and can't deliver
Avoid at all costs
Ordered a neff oven in February for delivery in March off the back of a promised delivery date but it never arrived and was then told April which was no good to me.
I exercised my right to a full refund under the terms and conditions of a severe delay on the day of missed delivery.
TPD is a trading name of white mansion ltd who took my debit payment in full so it was this company that owed me a refund, I was told instant bank transfer by TDP and 30 days by white mansion ltd.
After numerous emails to TPD & white mansion ltd (who stopped responding to my emails I might add) regarding refund update I had one final telephone conversation and email with sage pay proof of refund that was awaiting bank authorisation in April when the 30 days had past and was told 3 to 5 working days.
I gave them 2 weeks taking me into May totalling about 80 days from day of transaction. It was at this point I started to smell a rat and knew I was not going to get my money back so contacted the bank to put in a visa dispute which gave white mansion ltd 30 days to respond, well that 30 days past today and I have the money now sat in my bank as it was clear cut case they OWED me my money it’s not there’s to keep.
It is my belief that they would of tried to string me along past 120 days which is the time limit to raise a chargeback with visa after that you’ve got no chance of getting your money back.
It would appear this is happening to a lot of TPD customers with the trust pilot reviews of late, save your money and your time and go to a trusted reputable online company.
No delivery - DO NOT USE this company
TradePricesDirect is a one man band. If your order is small then I suspect you would get decent service. I ordered ALL of my bathroom furniture through TPD, and after a month of torment, he could not deliver my order!!! EVERY proposed delivery date went by without any proactive contact from TPD albeit his contract explicitly states the opposite. My order was more than ONE MONTH DELAYED!! TPD treated me disrespectfully by not providing detail of where each item was at, what the issues he was facing, as he was facing them and continued with 'I'm sorting it'. This may be because I am a woman, I don't know, though DO NOT use this company. All I wanted was my order to be delivered by one delivery. I got no delivery at all.
Avoid this company
Ordered a steam oven for more than £1,600 September 22 that was listed as in stock and after numerous promises of delivery I finally asked for a refund. It’s now end of May and with no more communication I tried to get a refund from my credit card company under section 75. Today I received an email from trade prices direct saying that they have cash flow problems and if I want a refund then go to my bank and ask.
Save your money and time and go elsewhere for what ever you need.
The company is saying they have gone bust but White Mansion is still active. White Mansion is the actual company name. They will probably start trading under another name. I will keep posting updates as I find out there new trading name
Poor communication, Service, Experience - Go elsewhere
Poor experience made even more difficult by poor communication. Tried to order a HW cylinder showing as in stock on the website. No order updates for a week and a half despite me reaching out and calling them, no one would ring me back until I suggested cancelling the order.
Promised the cylinder was en route to distribution centre, but no despatch details sent to me. Reached out again a week later, suggested cancel again. Promise of delivery the following week. Finally cancelled the order as had lost trust with this company and what they were saying.
2 weeks later, still no refund, and now ignoring emails asking for refund status updates. Pay a bit extra, go elsewhere, and use a credit card for Section 75 protection.

Price was good. They not only matched a competitor’s price but lowered it.
They deliver when others can't
I was told by my bathroom company that I would have to wait 3 months for a Matt White Synergy Blend Vanity Unit after they ordered the wrong width in the middle of a bathroom renovation.
I sent an enquiry to Trade Prices Direct and Craig contacted me. He sourced both the Unit and the Basin. They arrived 19 hours later.

Prices look good / very competitive. I have had some slippage of delivery dates but Craig kept in contact and once given new delivery dates goods arrived as promised.

I requested a quote and details of the oven were received the next day. Contact was made several times answering queries and once ordered the oven was successfully delivered. I was able to choose a convenient delivery day and track the item. The driver also called an hour before as promised. An excellent service and great communication. Would highly recommend.

Ordered latest model of Neff oven, due to chip shortage, unfortunately, same as everywhere delivery delayed. Company called me and informed the delay and new delivery date.
