We had a boiler and hive thermostat installed. Craig was very professional and advised me of the pros and cons of the work we were getting done. The engineer Shaune had a very pleasant and professional attitude.
There were some last minute changes which were dealt with swiftly.

I would recommend that you have a clear idea whether youre paying by credit card or invoice.

I am very impressed with service I received from start to finish.

We started using TPD as a company to purchase boilers etc ,and I we have used all the usual merchants, but I have never had brilliant prices like this, since using these guys I have never looked back.

Not only do we get the best prices, but they have give us boiler leads and get us work
locally also.

I had a nightmare situation where after moving into my new property I was hit with a boiler that was decommissioned immediately upon inspection via BGas and it was visibly faulty. TPD came to the rescue and replaced it within 3 days not only professionally and efficiently. I had a quote from BGas however TPD was also very informative and I was made aware that the boiler size BG quoted was also incorrect as I have a 3 storey home and heat would not have reached the top floor. This was also confirmed by the boiler company. The installation was seamless and the engineers were so helpful and the prices was still lower than BG for a bigger boiler and to date everything has been working beautifully..
Thank you TPD… I’ll be using you again shortly for other house refurb projects …

Lovely job, could not ask for a better services

Contacted trade prices direct as I wanted a new bathroom, they came back to me right away. I was made to feel at ease right away.

I was appointed an account manager who I was able to contact very easily without the hassle of going through a call centre Jason was on hand and guided me through the process step by step. He appointed a fitter to come out to see me to go through what I wanted along with sizes, then I spoke with Jason again who then provided me with a comprehensive quote of all the materials I required, it even showed picture of all the items as I was dreading the list of jargon but that wasn’t the case.

I was amazed at the saving I was able to make as I had been told by friends that the only way to get competitive pricing on materials like this is if I knew somebody in the trade who could buy it for me.

Needless to say I placed my order with trade prices direct and the bathroom has been fitted and I’m a very happy customer, keep up the good work and I will be back to buy again.

I was sceptical when I first enquired about getting a new kitchen with TPD because of the price and thinking its too good to be true. Jason was very reassuring and helped me to select the tiles, sink, surfaces, cupboards etc and very quickly arranged for a fitter to have a look. I was very suprised about how quickly they could order everything and get a fitter to start the work, most of the kitchen companies I enquired with told me it could take weeks or months to start the job, which I was dreading. I am so happy I went with TPD, the products are such high quality and if I'd paid for them elsewhere it would have been more expensive. The fitters were reliable, Jason and Craig were brilliant and put my mind at ease and nothing was too much trouble. Because I saved on my original budget for a kitchen, I'm going with TPD to get my bathroom done by Christmas so I can show off when my family come down over the festive period!! Please Please do not get these people to fit your boiler or do anything in your property, they seem to just subcontract all the work...
i got a new gas boiler installed through TPD in December 2019 and was told included in the price was 10 years free servicing along with the manufacturers 10 year warranty.
few months later my boiler was losing pressure and i called Trade prices direct The guy which apparently I have to not mention in my review made a lot of promises and told me that he would contact the installer which he did not do.. I ended up contacting IDEAL myself and to my horror i found that the boiler wasnt even registered for the warranty, lucky enough it was within the timescale needed and i got my warranty registered with them directly myself and got the issue sorted.
As for the servicing i have tried on numerous times to book this in with TPD as they were the ones supplying it. It is now a year old with the 1st service being due and everytime someone says they will call me back and get it booked noone does ever call you back. I have been able to contact with the said owner of trade prices direct and he booked it in for the 27th of November and noone showed so i went on the website and went on to their chat facility and spoke to Another one of the the useless team and he again booked my service for the 10th of december between 1 and 5pm again another day of work again another no show ..I will now do everything in my power weather that be through a solicitor or through trading standards to get them to honour our agreement of the 10 years free servicing as agreed in our contract ,,

Please save yourself the hassle and go to someone else..This firm is just full of false promises .

They use feefo for their feedback platform which must be filtered as i cant leave a review for them even tho i am a geniune customer ..

having went through my bank I have eventually got my money refunded to me for the servicing .. this firm has also stopped using Feefo for their feedback and reviews .. I wonder why
