Trade Prices 

Second time I’ve ordered from trade prices direct this year and got my Kitchen delivered today. All in tact. Excellent customer service again. This is the Amazon for the things you need for your house! Extremely happy with Joe who I spoke to who kept me up to date at all times. Can’t fault this company and will be coming back for my hot tub soon!

Made an inquiry about availability of neff appliances got a very quick reply from Craig White and he could not have been any more helpful price matched my items next day delivery cannot fault.

After a confusion over my kitchen supplier not being able provide a particular appliance, Craig searched and found just what I needed. All was good till the original company sent the appliance out of the blue. I had no option but to cancel with Trade Price. Within hours, my order had been cancelled and my money refunded. Craig was exceptionally helpful from the beginning to the end and I won’t hesitate to use them next time.

I was pleased with the exceptional customer service I received and would recommend this company to others.
I purchased a bathroom cabinet which was competitively priced and would look at the site again in future for bathroom and kitchen items.
Despite the delivery being free, you can choose the date you wish.
All in all, a great experience.

I cannot fault this company. From dealing with Craig at the start right up until Niall coming to install everything was so straightforward.
Overall my experience has been hassle free and can’t thank Niall enough for fitting our new boiler so quickly and professionally. I would absolutely recommend and will be using these guys for more stuff going forward especially when you don’t have to pay through the roof prices for a job well done!

I first went to trade prices direct for a kitchen I was doing on my house and when I spoke to them I was told they can supply me with other building supplies I needed for my refurb so I got a quote for my bathroom and boiler and they beat the other quotes I got by far and everything arrive d Friday. after checking everything this weekend it’s all here with the boiler I ordered as well.

I would highly recommend this company. Very professional and cheaper prices than online.

My appliances was delivered Friday and one item was damage so they collect the damaged item today with replaced. Print service and very helpful when I need to replace damaged appliance. Would recommend them to friends and family. Very quick service

Recieved my Neff domino hobs today, great communication and arrived as promised.Could not source them any where else with a short lead time (some were quoting next year). Would definitely recommend these guys.

We ordered £25,000 worth of items from TPD and after 12 months have only received £4,000 worth. They have blamed this on "global supply issues" but we have spoken to suppliers directly who have told us this is untrue. They have so far been unable to provide evidence that our outstanding goods have even been ordered. One of the Directors of the business has very recently resigned.

TPDs response to this review is completely untrue. We never “cancelled the order”, no order had ever been placed in the first place - They stole our money. It is also untrue that they have paid us the compensation agreed, which remains outstanding.

Great customer service and very quick delivery.

We were given a lot of really helpful information by a really nice guy before we ordered. There was no pressure selling at all! The job was carried out very efficiently and professionally AND on time by a couple of friendly guys who left our place spotless afterwards. The loft ceiling has been beautifully and accurately covered with the foam and they even made our slightly wonkey loft frame more secure. Very pleased and would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service from start to finish, Craig spent over 90 mins on the phone with me going through all my requirements, pricing and delivery dates. Regular emails and text messages regarding the delivery of the first part of my order as well as a phone call. Recieved my delivery today as agreed and also had a follow up telephone call. Fantastic service and I’m sure the remaining parts of my order will have the same level of communication as this one.

This company will take your money and then keep promising but missing deadlines. I ordered a coffee machine in November which was supposed to come early January but never arrived. The customer services number is just to a phone answering service who will only take a message. There seem to be two members only working for this company, who then phone back on mobile phone numbers or send a text. I think The company has not produced any accounts as it’s a micro company. Not sure if they are genuine. I’m amazed that credit card companies haven’t put a stop to them, as they must have lost a small fortune. At one point (late March) the website and phone number went down and I thought I’d been scammed. I managed to get a refund from the credit card company. Interestingly a few weeks later it’s up again. I paid thousands for kitchen items, which never arrived and they kept making excuses. I think they taken many orders and full payment. When I approached a local shop, I’ve been informed that they are unable to take orders at present and I wouldn’t be able to get my appliances for probably a year, due to supply chain problems. Luckily the credit card company gave me a refund.

They did an excellent job. I am very pleased with it. And I would recommend to my friends and family.
