A very disappointing end of tenancy cleaning and horrible customer service.

Unprofessional & never returned deposit

The cleaners never showed up to end-of-tenancy cleaning that I had booked with them and never responded to my e-mails asking for them to refund my deposit. Beware, this is a scam.

SCAM - AVOID. I booked an end-of-tenancy cleaning appointment through this agency and they cancelled my appointment 30mins ahead of the time it was to start saying they actually had no one available to come to perform the cleaning. Although they verbally guaranteed the appointment would take place on that day I was left cleaning the flat myself ahead of the move out time. I am still chasing them for the deposit money 6 months on, they are ignoring my e-mails and hang up the phone whenever I call them about this issue. I believe this company is a scam.

We had our first deep cleaning and definitely exceeded my expectations. Certainly will get make sure to use Twinkle Clean for regular service. Thank you!

No complaints. Our Landlord returned cleaning part of deposit back without any deductions !!

Julian and his team were absolutely fantastic! They worked quickly and efficiently, and finished 1 hour ahead of schedule. All very friendly and easy to work with and they really cared about making sure the property was spotless. Great service!

Couldn’t recommend enough! For starters the booking system was so much easier than other companies I had enquired with, and also no hidden charges. I booked an end of tenancy clean, and had 2 cleaners show up, who spent hours working really hard. The flat looked absolutely amazing once they had finished! The 2 cleaners were both so lovely! I do believe their names were Katia and Svilen. They did such an amazing job, the landlord went to see the flat that evening, and paid me the full deposit straight away. Thank you!

Our cleaners were excellent! We booked for a 5 hour deep clean with two cleaners (so 10 hours in total). The cleaners turned up on time, with PPE and were very polite and professional. The house has ever looked so good! They did everything we asked perfectly and worked really hard. I will definitely be seeing if we can get them on a more regularly basis.

Twinkle Clean was recommended to us by a friend. After having used a few cleaning companies in London which were unprofessional we were skeptical. The cleaners did a great job with the Deep clean of our 2 bed house and were wearing all the correct PPE while minimising social contact. Will use again and recommend to others.

My tenants booked twinkle clean for an end of tenancy cleaning service and inventory checkout report. The cleaning was done to a high standard and the inventory report was ok. When I contacted the company about some questions relating to the inventory report they were very helpful and resolved the matter quickly. Will happily recommend to future tenants.

I needed to cancel a job 1 month in advice. I didn't realise the booking fees were not refundable as it was hidden in the attached document of the confirmation email. I was disappointed with their customer service which was very defensive when I highlighted the fact that those should be highlighted better for transparency.

we manage over fifty properties across London and have been recommending Twinkle Clean to tenants for over two year now. The office is always very friendly and is able to accommodate last minute cleans at short notice. The are happy to work to our custom end of tenancy cleaning checklist and always come and fix any issues as long as we notify them within 3 days of the cleaning taking place. I would say for every 10 cleans theres are 2 with issues, which is pretty good considering how many cowboy 'professional' cleaning companies there are in London.

Cleaners were very polite and left the place spick and span. Very happy customer.

3 stars. The cleaners took ages and turned up late. The cleaning itself was ok, nothing special. Won't be using again.

I’m a landlord who owns several properties around NW London. We’re been using Twinkle Clean as our go to cleaning company for several years and recommend to our tenants that they use them for the move out cleaning. Polina is a joy to work with and is very accommodating. We’ve had a few occasions where the inventory clerk has identified some areas missed by the cleaners, but the issues are normally resolved within 24-48 hours. Would highly recommend to other landlords and property professionals.

Super easy to book and reasonable price for an end of tenancy clean. Guys arrived on time and we super nice and efficient. The level of the clean is disappointing however, and the checklist they claim to use clearly isn’t followed as I have limescale still in th bathroom, a dirty bathroom floor, dirty window glass and the lighting attention looks non-existent. Will be calling Monday as do feel a bit cheated given I booked based on how impressive the checklist was :(
