Twinkle Clean 

Overall Twinkle did a good job. It took about an hour more than the estimated time given but they did a thorough job and the landlord was happy with the cleaning so I got my deposit back in full. -Mandy

I booked an end of tenancy cleaning service with Twinkle clean for my 2 bedroom carpeted apartment. I wanted to go with another company but my estate agent insisted I used twinkle clean to ensure the job was done correctly (not sure if they’re allowed to do this by law but anyway) they did a good job and I got the cleaning part of my deposit back with no problems.

APPALLING SERVICE.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
My floors remain dirty. They have NOT been cleaned. What were they doing for SEVEN hours. They are dishonest, saying they had a mop when they did not.
They have broken the blind in my kitchen. SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING!

Appalling service. We had an end of tenancy clean and they did not clean our property to a good enough standard at all - the tenancy check out report states that further cleaning was required throughout the property despite us providing a checklist of requirements and paying a large amount of money for them to do a thorough job. We therefore had deposit money deducted due to further cleaning required. The guarantee does not cover you once your tenancy is over, so is ineffective - DO NOT USE TWINKLE CLEAN.

Great experience with these guys. The cleaners turned up about 10 mins later but they made up for it with the quality of the cleaning!

The cleaning wasn’t perfect especially in the bathroom where it look like they completely forgot the floor but the worse part is that the cleaners managed to break the blind in the living room and the tap in bathroom sink and when I complained their answer was that would be difficult for me to prove that the damage was caused by them and eventually to send them the invoice from the handyman who fix it.
Try to avoid this agency. When you are careful all the time to make sure not to cause any damage to the property and they damage it during the end of tenancy cleaning it’s not a nice feeling at all. Especially if they don’t tell you anything when leaving the property.

THIS SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!! NEVER WORK WITH THEM! THEIR GUARANTEE IS CRAP, AND THE ONLY THING WORSE IS THE QUALITY OF THEIR CLEANING! WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A CLEANER. THEY WERE RUDE TO ME TOO!!
