Twinkle Clean 

I would have given 5 stars but the cleaners took an hour longer than the estimated time. I asked them why and they said it was because they had to soak the oven grills for longer due to the condition of the oven. I understand this, but they should have told me this in advance so I wasn't late for my appointment.

Great experience with Twinkle Clean. Polina helped me reschedule the cleaning service with no additional costs and the cleaners did a fab job on the day.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We booked an end of clean with Twinkle Clean and the communication was great & friendly. Then the service was carried out with 2 cleaners and it was horrible. We paid for carpet cleaning in both bedrooms which wasn't done, in fact our master bedroom had glitter all over the floor which wasn't how we left it. Our en-suite was also covered in glitter? Again, it wasn't like this when we left the house that morning. Our kitchen had stains all on the walls and on the stainless steel (we also paid extra for wall cleaning - again this wasn't carried out). We had cobwebs still visible all over the flat and this was mentioned & documented in our end of tendency check. We have been charged an extra £250 by our landlord as they had to bring in their own cleaners. And surprise surprise, Twinkle clean are ignoring our complaints and refuse to write back. Book at your own risk!

Did what they said they would. House was noticeably cleaner after.

Third year in a row I’ve used twinkle clean to clean our rental property. They always do a great job and the cleaners work very hard to get it clean to my husbands high standards.

Very easy company to deal with. We had booked with another company initially who were cheaper but they didn’t turn up. Twinkle Clean were able to accommodate our last minute booking and did a really great job. Thank you!!

Really great service from Twinkle Clean. The cleaners forgot to clean one of the kitchen cupboards but came back within 24 hours to resolve this for the letting agent. Very professional throughout. Would highly recommend.

Big thanks to the cleaners from Twinkle Clean. They did an awesome job on my one bed flat in Chelsea today. The inventory clerk sent by Foxtons even commented how clean it was. We didn't have any issues after moving out - for a change. Will use again.

Poor quality of cleaning. Do not use their services if you want to preserve your deposit for end-of-tenancy cleaning. We booked an expensive end-of-tenancy cleaning and money have been deducted from our deposit. The guarantee wasn't applied as it turned out that the mandatory requirement was to provide an official check-out report made by an inventory clerk – this usually takes some time to complete, so it was too late.

Booked in a cleaning because of the end of tenancy guarantee. We were deducted money from our deposit because of the standard of clean which took hours longer than planned. I provided full details of inspection with photos of areas not cleaned properly and received nothing back

I booked a carpet cleaning service and the carpet cleaner that turned up did a great job using a proper commercial carpet cleaner. I booked a similar service before and the cleaning company (I won't name names) sent someone with a Numatic George.

Very happy with the cleaning! Twinkle Cleaner and her team were very organised on the day. Will use again.

Would have given 5 starts because the cleaning was done to a very high standard, but the cleaners were 30 mins late and didn’t keep me updated!

I was asked by Antionetta to leave a review about the cleaning we received. The cleaning team that turned up did a great job and even cleaned the top of the kitchen cupboards. This isn’t part of the standard clean and I had to pay an extra £35 for this. Our landlord is a real pain and insisted this was done. We got the deposit back and there were no issues with the cleaning.

Polina and the fab twinkle cleaners did a great job. Our inventory clerk even commented how clean it was. Would recommmed.

Everything went ok with the cleaning and the landlord released our deposit. The estate agent insisted we used a professional cleaning company, otherwise I could have done this myself. Bit of a con, if you ask me.
