Twinkle Clean 

Disappointing. Booked end-of-tenancy cleaning for our flat on the day we were returning the keys. Only one cleaner arrived. Two hours later, called to say that they will not be cleaning the flat as it is too big a job, and had not even made a start. We had to drive 50 miles back to London, buy all the cleaning equipment (ours had been packed), and frantically clean before handing back the keys before the letting agency closed.

This was a (large) one-bedroom flat. If only one cleaner going to be sent, checking the details of the flat beforehand would have been useful. Even if unable to complete the job in the timeframe we would have appreciated an attempt being made, rather than waiting a couple of hours to tell us you weren't going to bother and leaving us hanging. Very disappointing.

My experience with twinkle clean was better than some of the people below. However, I’m only giving three stars because the cleaners missed a few areas on the day and had to return the next day after the inventory report to resolve it. Estate agent was happy and released the cleaning part of the deposit with no issues. I think they are quite strict on the guarantee period so check this before you book. From my research most cleaning companies only go back up to three days after the clean is completed,

They promote End of Tenancy cleaning and what they do instead is a simple deep cleaning of the property with regular cleaning products.

Today was the handing over the keys/Checkout of the property.

I had to go back yesterday into the flat and do an overall deep cleaning for more than 2 hours and clean all the walls, all the door frames, the switches, the skirting, the counter top and the splatter screen, plus other bits.

I have photos of proof and I have the Inventory Clerk Summary with all the highlighted parts that haven't been clean properly.

Contacted customer service within the 3 days they didnt respond to me. When they responded, it was already too late and so its the perfect excuse to avoid reaponsibility. I continue to contact them for a refund, lodge a complain, use their webchat but zero response. Finally, they blocked my IP so that I could not Contact them anymore. What a bunch of cheats.

Have to resort to posting a review in every channel possible now so they learn to take some responsibility.

Now I will lose part of my deposit because they didn't do their job properly.

Also, they will block all the possible way for you to contact them.

Very poor business, almost guarantee they will respond to this review only to show optics, terrible experience.

Still no contact or any intention to resolve issue after 10 days. AVOID AT ALL COST, I'm already taking legal actions against them right now. They kept telling me about the 3 day limit to organize recleaning but it also took them deliberately 3 days to respond to me. How convenient! After complaining to their chat directly for few days, and asking for a response, they blocked our IP address so we can't continue to ask them for an outcome. Please do not waste your energy, they will lie to you, do a super poor job, this company should not be around. Google their negative reviews, I'm not the only one conned.

Quick and easy booking. The end of tenancy cleaners that turned up kept to the social distancing rules and wore masks and gloves the whole time. We got the cleaning part of our deposit back from our landlord with no issues.

Really good professional service. We booked an end of tenancy cleaning on Feb and the cleaners did a fantastic job. Place was spotless for the new tenant. Will use again!

Very happy. No issues with the cleaning or inventory checkout. Landlord returned cleaning deposit straight away.

I booked a deep cleaning service after one of my family members got I’ll from Coronavirus. The cleaners that turned up had all the protective equipment and sanitised the whole apartment. I’m not sure it needed doing but I didn’t want to take any chances. This service wasn’t advertised on their website when I looked.

Thanks to Polina and the twinkle team for fitting me in last minute. The carpet cleaning guy did a great job with our carpets and used very heavy duty equipment. Much better than the rug doctor my husband hired. I Can’t believe How quickly they dried. Will book again in 6 months

The team were very professional and kept to the social distancing rules when collecting the keys. They were wearing all the necessary PPE and left the place spotless. Very happy with the end of tenancy cleaning service from Twinkle Clean :)

Appalling experience with Twinkle Clean. The cleaners themselves performed an OK service but building management and the end of tenancy audit service said it was not to a professional standard.

To cover their own backs management started up making up a lot of lies about the flat and the state it was in. It was completely bare (it was an end of tenancy clean) and we have a regular cleaner so was in a good state to begin with. They said it was "disgusting" and it took the cleaners nine hours, when the cleaners were there for less than three (and I had texts with the cleaners as proof). They also said it was poorly lit so not possible to perform a good standard of cleaning but the flat has floor to ceiling windows and spotlights (I've never lived somewhere with more light!).

Avoid!

This company are complete con artists - do not engage their services. They did a terrible job, didn;t complete the work agreed - not even a fraction of it, and when i refused to pay, used my credit card without my permission to take the payment for unfinished work.

they had no right to keep my card details or to take payment when i had refused payment until they investigated the issues.

They will not respond to emails or calls. They are cowboys - do not use.

Had to pay booking fee of 35£. Then by mistake included it in the CASH only payment to cleaners on the day . Cleaning was OK. Refund of overpay still outstanding despite Emails and calls. So out of pocket by 35£ and not happy

My tenants had left the flatn in such an awful state but after the clean it looked amazing! All ready for the open day.

I’ve been renting in London for a quote. few years now and every time I move out I always end up getting stitched up when it comes to the end of tenancy cleaning deposit. Twinkle clean did a good job and I got my deposit back from our landlord. We could have done the cleaning ourselves but we needed up show a receipt. One star missing because cleaners showed up 15 mins late and didn’t let me know.

Overall very pleased with the end of tenancy cleaning service from twinkle clean. I am only giving 4 stars, as the inventory report showed a few small items missed by the cleaners. I called twinkle clean and sent them the inventory report and they arranged for another cleaning team in the area to come and re-clean the areas missed that same day. Shame, I would have given 5-stars if they hadn’t missed this! Jake

Twinkle Clean is also known as PNP cleaning. Overall, they did a good job. However, they did not meet their 3-day promise on rectifying areas left unclean. Further, they charged me £25 above the agreed price. I sent them an exchange of emails stating the price agreed. I will look elsewhere next time. All I want is an honest business who do what they promise.

very happy with the service and standard of cleaning I received from Twinkle Clean. We booked an end of tenancy cleaning service online and the cleaners really gave the place a thorough clean. The supervisor went round at the end and made sure everything on the cleaning checklist was ticked off. Very thorough. Worth the extra money!

The service is really good value and flexible and both the support staff and cleaners themselves are all a pleasure to work with.

The end of tenancy cleaning team that turned up on the day made our apartment look like its brand new. They even sent pictures of the clean flat to us after the service was complete. I'd highly recommend Twinkle Clean for anyone who doesn't want any issues when moving out.
