Twinkle Clean 

Cleaners did what they said they would and we got our cleaning deposit back. Not much more to say really...

We’ve been recommending Twinkle Clean to our tenants for over 4 years. We manage a portfolio of properties in north west London and we’ve tried lots of cleaning companies in the past. Twinkle Clean do a great job with very few issues. Whenever there is an issue polina and the team sort it out quickly.

Have used a few cheaper cleaning companies with mixed results, but I can honestly say I’m very happy with the cleaning we received from Twinkle Clean. Will book again when I move out of new apartment.

We shopped around for a few end of tenancy cleaning quotes and twinkle clean we’re in the middle. We went with them because of the ok reviews and a friend had used them in the past.

Everything went ok and we got our deposit back from KFH. The inventory clerk even commented how good a job the cleaners did!

I used Twinkle Clean for a one-off deep clean including 2 rugs, a sofa and oven clean. I based my decision having seen all the excellent reviews. Ivan and Sanja (and one other person) arrived on time and were very polite. The team both did a really amazing job and they managed to remove some old stains from the rug and sofa. They were both a real credit to Twinkle Clean and I hope they see this feedback. A great experience and will definitely be using again next year. .

Fast and reliable service from Twinkle. Cleaners were in and out in under three hours and left the apartment sparkling clean. Will recommend to future tenants.

Worst Company ever. Informed 5 minutes before due to arrive that they would be over 2 hours late. I struggle to understand how this was not apparent until 5 minutes before hand. The clean itself was substandard with items either being lightly or not cleaned at all inc windows, under beds or on-top of wardrobes, not fulfilling an end of tenancy clean as paid for. When a query was placed with the company I was told I did not contact them. When shown to not be the case I have not heard a peep since. I had an end of tenancy clean on another property that week and two people took over 5 hours on a smaller property. This was not the case with Twinkle, one person for a few hours. I have given Twinkle weeks to put things right and nothing has happened. I do not enjoy writing this but I have no option with no communication from the company. Be wary at end of tenancy you may need to pay more!

Landlord with 8 properties. I always use twinkle clean for my end of tenancy cleaning. Didn’t bother booking online, as only allows booking one property at a time. Please add multiple address feature to online booking. Cheers!

My wife booked an end of tenancy cleaning service online. The quote wasn’t the cheapest but they did a good job and it passed the inventory check first time. I would have liked to have been sent a text before they arrived, as the arrival window was 1-2 hours and we were waiting around in an empty flat for ages.

I am a landlord who owns several properties around London and I’ve been using twinkle clean for over 5 years to clean all my properties when tenants move out. The cleaning is always carried out to a high standard and if there is ever an issue they return to resolve it within the 3 day guarantee period. I am a little disappointed this year, as I was forced to make my booking online. I found this to be annoying as I had to book end of tenancy cleaning for three different properties and there is no option to do this with the online booking system. This meant I needed to complete three separate bookings. I would have liked to have been able to do it in one go online or call and make the booking online. - Mrs Bishop
