Richard was incredible helpful! Our son moved to Aberystwyth for uni from the US and required a UK eSim. Richard went above and beyond to sort us, clearly explaining every aspect, best approach, and cost. He also offered some wonderful bits of local knowledge that we're super helpful in terms of settling in. Can't recommend Richard and Vodaphone Aber highly enough!

Today has been a goid visit to Vodafone fir a change.
We got looked after by a brilliant member of staff who did all she could in her power to accommodate our request.
We left feeling very impressed & happy with the service we received from Sameena.
If all staff member worked with the same enthusiasm that Sameena showed, Vodafone would be much better place to visit.
If there was a staff award system, we would vote for Sameena to be staff member of the month.

Very disappointing customer service at…
Very disappointing customer service at Vodafone Walthamstow 17 Central. I visited to get an iPhone 18 Pro Max on contract and transfer my Lyca SIM to Vodafone. Chiggy dealt with us initially but did not properly check or explain the available contract options. When we returned to ask about the interaction, the manager Teelash was rude and dismissive towards us. We normally go to the Stratford Westfield Vodafone store, where the customer service is brilliant and excellent. We actually ended up going there instead.

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish, it states I have 5g yet one bar most of the time, it's like Dial up from way back, I give up trying to view or watch anything on my phone, absolute shite every where.
Sorry I cannot access Instagram as it requires an account and I'm certainly not logging in using my Facebook, duh, and cannot access the app as never have a signal, answers everything about Vodafone, plus you stung me for Andorra be it I'm on a global tariff, and Andorra is in Europe along with Switzerland, just another cheap way to Rob customers
