Sneaky costs and terrible user experience
The site and app is constantly crashing and it makes it impossible to solve any issues without jumping through a million hoops. So many sneaky charges they slap on from miniature print. Not worth it.

Great customer experience
Steven was absolutely fantastic with my 87-year-old mother. He was incredibly patient, kind and respectful throughout, taking the time to make sure she had all the right information and fully understood everything. He never once made her feel rushed, confused or like she was a bother. He managed to get her Vodafone contract and bills down to the correct level while making the whole process easy and reassuring for her. It was genuinely lovely to see such thoughtful and considerate customer service. Steven is a real credit to Vodafone.

Ervin was absolutely brilliant today. My partner and I went into the shop with a complicated situation and he was polite, patient and a really nice guy. It took him a while to sort everything as there was so much to do, but he took it in his stride and had great humour so we didn’t mind waiting around. I often avoid going into phone shops but we will now use this branch due to Ervin today, what a credit to the store he is!!!
