Bathroom installed 9 months ago.
Shower head failed after 7 months.
Shower pipe paint lifting and peeling after 9 months. Not even started PAYING for it yet.
Shower head was replaced by them.
They passed the buck to the manufacturer regarding the shower pipe. They tried to claim it was a result of "incorrect cleaning".
The area doesn't need more than the barest wipe down. There's no scuffs, blistering or wear on other high-use areas like taps.
Manufacturer make conclusions based on my pictures, ignoring my statements and dont investigate. Wickes washed their hands of it.
Taking this to Trading Standards and will be exploring all legal avenues.

As a novice at DIY I was worried about what I needed for a home improvement job. Sandy at the Derby store was incredible, she made me feel comfortable, listened to what I needed and explained how to use the items I needed. Top quality experience, thank you Sandy 😊

From start to finish, my experience with Wickes Aberdeen has been brilliant. Ashley, the design consultant, was great — clearly very experienced and made the whole process incredibly easy. The design stage was thorough and well explained, and Ashley guided me through every detail with confidence and care. Ordering was straightforward, everything was organised and clearly explained. A genuinely stress‑free experience and I’m delighted with the service.

Having visited a few bathroom showrooms, we arrived at Wickes and were lucky to have found a very empathetic and understanding designer in Michal who patiently and diligently designed a new bathroom for my ageing parents. Wickes have an impressive range to choose from, Michal was not pushy, instead he took a lot of care in ensuring that the new design worked with the existing pipework and with my parents needs. I would not hesitate in recommending Michal and Wickes. The after sales service is also excellent with a dedicated customer experience co-ordinator who regularly updates us with our order and our installation date.

My personal designer Simon at the Roundhay branch, was nothing short of amazing, he was very knowledgeable and helpful and designed the perfect kitchen and bathroom for me and my partner. He has continued to give support right up to delivery and is always on hand should I ever need help or advice. Thank you Simon for giving us a no hassle experience!

We went to Wickes after going to several other kitchen places but as soon as we saw the quality of Wickes kitchens we decided to make an appointment to sit and design our kitchen with the lovely Deb Mason, well that was the best idea we ever had, Deb took over all our worries and worked out all measurements even before our extension we were having was built, with just basic measurements of what it might look like we were able to design it and it looked fantastic, so off we went with our printout of the kitchen, we went back to Deb on several occasions checking different measurements and nothing was too much trouble for her she was as enthusiastic about our end product as we were and said she would like to come and see our finished kitchen, we are about to take delivery of our kitchen and look forward to seeing it in situ, we look forward to finishing this project so we can go back to see our lovely Deb to design our bathroom for us and get the same results thank you Deb for your patience with us, we were very trying at times thanks again.Mr and Mrs Lucas.

I rang my Swindon store to check if what I wanted was in stock as it's a 20 minute drive from where I live. I spoke to Melinda who was extremely helpful. She found what I was looking for, confirmed it was in stock and also confirmed i could have the item I wanted cut so it would fit in my car. Upon arriving at the store, Melinda helped me with a trolley and guided me to the aisle I needed. Another member of staff took the board to the cutting room and promptly cut the board to my measurements. The whole experience was great and the customer service exemplary. Well done Melinda and Swindon store.

Unreliable delivery service! Order a full bathroom, double checked the lead time before purchasing which stated within 10 days from confirmation! Thought great, I’ll book the fitter in and make the order! 10 days later the fitters here ripping out the old one and no sign of the new stuff! Rang Wickes to be told it’s going to be another week before we get it out to you.. when we explained well the fitters here and we have no bathroom, we were told well you shouldn’t have booked a fitter until it was delivered! We booked a fitter for 10 days after the order was confirmed.. the delivery should have been within 10 days and so would have been delivered well in time if it was the full 10 days! Not 19 days like it’s going to be. Now costing another week to the fitter because he can’t do anything next week but will of course still want paying and will need to extend for another week! Which is not as inconvenient as being pregnant with no bathroom for a week longer than expected!

Every time I visit Wickes and Tom is in the store, he always had a cheery smile and a great willingness to help. It makes such a difference. Today, he stopped what he was doing to assist me find a specific product and load it onto my trolley for me.

We visited Wickes, Bury today and we were served by James. What a polite and helpful young man he is and a credit to your organisation. My wife wanted to buy bags of manure (poo!) but we couldn't find the brand she wanted. James whirled into action confirming they were out of stock. He then found an alternative branch that still had stock in and then offered us a suitable alternative Levington product that met our needs perfectly. All in all a 5 star review and well done to James for ensuring his customers left the store happy!!

Visited store this morning. Product in stock. Staff were helpful friendly and polite Dawn went the extra mile and helped us with product advice . Would always use this store

UPDATE - The Wickes reply below says they would investigate the matter, but in fact nothing happened and when I try to contact Wickes to follow up on when will the issue be resolved, it turns out there is no record of my case at all. Please do not trust the PR.

FAULTY BUILDING MATERIALS THAT THEY DO NOT REPLACE -
I wish I could attach pictures to show what Wickes sold me.
Wickes is now using a third party supplier for timber that sends absolutely unusable building materials of abysmal quality. I bought hundreds of pounds in C24 pressure treated planks, and what I was delivered was 4th grade burning-quality pire split from side to side - literally, the splits were 4.5 cm deep, the timber was absolutely useless! I sent the pictures to Wickes asking that the faulty items are collected and replaced, and their supplkier said that all the pictures of the splits were not enough and they wanted more pictures. And Wickes sided with the supplier instead of investigating what kind of faulty, bad-quality timber is being despatched on their behalf. I was a loyal Wickes customer for years and now I have been defrauded for £190 for timber that is not even good for burning. Do not make my same mistake.

Dawn was so helpful with trying to open the discount code for me.it seems i have a trades access but i cant get into it.

Julie made a real difference to our shop, informative, helpful, patient and with a friendly smile. Then a bit later we interacted with Zoe who again delivered such super service. They are both a real asset to Wickes! Great recruitment!
