The man who came out to measure my kitchen was very knowledgeable no messing about measured up gave me all information needed and answered all my questions

I cannot stress enough how bad the delivery service has been from Wickes and really recommend that you find somewhere else to supply what you need.
I ordered kitchen cabinets more than two months ago and have had endless issues ever since. The first load of cabinets was delivered late and arrived damaged. After a lot of faffing and back-and-forth Wickes arranged to send replacement cabinets, which also arrived broken. After trying to get Wickes to tell me if they were going to replace this second load of cabinets, which they didn't seem able to do, I asked for a refund and for them to collect the two loads of broken kitchen cabinets, big bulky items which I've had to live around in my small one-bedroom flat for the last couple of months. I had to wait weeks for someone to come and pick up the broken items (after which they promised a refund would be issued) and the collection team said they would only take one box, leaving me still stuck with boxes of items. I contacted Wickes immediately but have been "passed on to another team" - I have been waiting days and still no refund. At this point, I can't even trust that Wickes will pick up the broken items - I just want a refund so I can get on with my life.
I have been unable to get on with the necessary work and find alternatives as the hundreds of pounds spent on these broken cabinets are now sat with Wickes, while I am still living around boxes and boxes of damaged kitchen cabinets.
I've lost count of how many Wickes colleagues I've spoken to over the past few weeks and while some have tried to be helpful, many have been quite rude and dismissive, often giving me conflicting information or just failing to ever respond to the messages I've sent.
It's honestly been quite a shocking level of service and I wouldn't want anyone else to experience the stress and inconvenience this has caused, nor end up wasting their time and money in this way.

We decided to have our bathroom renovated and having visited several suppliers, Wickes were by far the best on customer service.
As someone who works in the building industry, I was very impressed with Wickes Design Consultant Sian's knowledge of the products and methods of construction. This extended in to her efficiency of organising and replying to my emails.
I arranged our own installer, instead of Wickes installers, but this made no difference to our Customer Service.
Wickes Customer Services were also extremely helpful when I had to delay the delivery date with only 24hrs notice.
An Excellent Service all round.

Vivienne was so knowledgeable about the kitchen design, she definitely deserves a pay rise!

After one of my kitchen cupboard doors was split and damaged on the corner from being dropped, Beverley from the minworth store was amazing she re ordered a new door to be delivered to my address the next day.

Doug of the Crewe store designed my kitchen, he listened to my needs as well as anticipated needs I had not even considered. He listened and answered all my questions with patience and knowledge. He showed me around the showroom and talked me through the items he had picked out giving me the opportunity to change anything, I swapped out the tap on the kitchen sink for a boiling water tap and that is it! Everything else was just what I needed and I love it!

Matt the fitter was absolutely brilliant too. He arrived on time or let me know he was running late. He answered the many questions I had no matter how trivial they were, he talked me through every step and advised of any changes needed to make the kitchen work how I wanted it to. He tidied up everyday before he left and to top it all off he has cracking taste in music.

I received fantastic customer service from Vikki. I wanted help to contrast paint colours across Wickes and Dulux range and she took the time to check stock, compare online reviews which helped me choose the right shade for my home. She was helpful, efficient and supportive so thank you. I’ve since tested them and now purchased the paints ready for decorating - a mix of the two brands for two bedrooms so I’m happy and would highly recommend Braintree store.

After being recommended by a work colleague we decided to go with Wickes at Crewe for our new kitchen.
We had our plans drawn up by Andrew in store and after a couple of changes had our final draft. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
The kitchen fitters we had were Andy & Ethan who came out to us a couple of months before the refit. Ideas and suggestions were made which suited us to make our kitchen that bit more special.
The work was carried out as promised to an exceptionally high standard and at the end of each day everywhere was left thoroughly clean, considering the work that was being carried out.
At the end of the project our kitchen more than met our expectations due to Andrew (in store) and the fitters Andy & Ethan, who i wouldn't hesitate in recommending to others.

Came into wickes during the week to get some paint for my mum, unfortunately they didn’t have what I wanted in store but was told I could get it delivered to me, they were so helpful in getting it ordered and was just very happy with the service! Will definitely be coming back again soon!

Went to Halesowen branch today and had great service from Andy… not only did he source what I needed and collect it for me, but even loaded it all into my car, which wasn’t an easy task… no need to go the gym after all of that lifting Andy😛Thank you

I went to buy compost which was on a good offer. I knew I couldn’t manage to put 6 bags in the car by myself so asked before buying them if someone could help. Pranitha who was on the checkout said she would do it. She couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant and got the bags in the back of the car. Without her help I would not have been able to buy the compost. Great customer service and very much appreciated.

I would like to mention a young lady called Bethany who has served me many times at the checkout in the Banbury store. She has the best customer service skills I have witnessed in a very long time. She is an extremely helpful and pleasant young lady who has time for every customer. She is a credit to herself and the store.

From first contact with Georgia Curtis, our design consultant for our new kitchen, we felt at ease with all our requirements and suggestions being taken on board. Georgia was always available throughout the entire process to help and support.

Ahmed was so friendly and helpful. When I told him that my Uber driver was worried about me putting bags in the boot, he gave me a black bag which I was able to unfold and make the Uber Driver happy. Thank you very much Ahmed, your smiley nice attitude whenever I’ve come in makes me enjoy DIY.

Daryn at Wicks was absolutely brilliant! He listen to what I wanted and what I could afford and designed the perfect kitchen for me, I can’t thank him enough, highly recommend Wicks and hopefully you will be luck enough to have Daryn as your designer, I’m such a happy customer

The friendly and knowledgeable Koran who could not have been more helpful when placing our order for flooring. No matter what questions we asked he was able to talk us through the differences in all the products available. We were left reassured in our purchase.
