I have been waiting for a refund of 229.55 for a item I cancelled, I spoke to customer service three times but they still haven't refunded my payment method, there is no excuse for this treating customers this way

Two weeks ago I was promised that this would be corrected by someone at wicks head office, nothing happened still waiting, I will not buy anything from wicks again

Chris was so professional, his personal relation was top notch. He was so helpful and provided good advice, answered all query’s.

I have a good experience today shopping at your place. Your staff was great especially Tegen she help alot especially setting up me trades account.

We went into Wickes at Baguely to get some ideas for the layout in our new utility room. Hayley was brilliant - talked us through the various options of units, colour combinations, accessories etc. She then sent us a 360 walk around video. It’s now all installed and we are delighted

Charlotte is amazing. She has served me so many times and without fail she’s 5 ⭐ service. Today I forgot my boss’s card and had a really bad day at the garage and I was so worried I drove all the way there for no reason to return the last panel we didn’t need. She calmed me down and was mellow and fast and efficient

After visiting several kitchen suppliers we decided to purchase one from Wickes as they had the design we liked, listened and were not pushy during design and sale. Unfortunately we had a few issues following delivery. However, this was immediately addressed by Beth and Ryan, the manager. Leon, a designer in the store, made a home visit and swiftly dealt with everything including making additional suggestions and ideas to make the kitchen even better, his attention to detail is exceptional. The customer service was fantastic. Ryan and Leon even made a home visit once the kitchen was completed just to see the end product and to check everything was as it should be. I have already recommended Leon to friends who have also had positive experiences.

put a deposit on a bathroom 2nd of February let down by incompetent people bathroom still in my front room has been there since 26th of April cancelled order weeks and weeks ago they told me they had picked it up 9th of July have not got my refund and still looking at bathroom in my room worst company ever

What a fantastic team we had from Wickes Winsford.
Jenny is a designer extraordinaire- her insight and experience was just amazing with the design of our walk in shower bathroom. The suggestions for fixtures and fittings were gratefully included within the final design. The delivery team were lovely and the communication ahead of the delivery was really great and helped to keep our project on time. Our fitter Dan helped to pull it altogether. He is such a skilled fitter and such a perfectionist in his fitting. We can’t recommend them strongly enough.

I’ve been thinking about re-doing my bathroom and kitchen. I was just having a look around, getting some ideas, Yasmin was really knowledgable on worktops and helping me pick what to get. I can’t wait to start the project! Will be returning!

Ash, the operations manager, was a great help at the Hinckley store, polite, very helpful and went above and beyond to assist. He helped me load a bulky order into my car with no issues. He guided me to the right choice of product. I always appreciate the helpful staff in this store, especially for elderly customers. A big thank you again.

Meg at the Telford store was absolutely fantastic helping us with our stone order. She made a very difficult bulk purchasing process possible. Credit to Meg for her patience and willingness to place multiple orders for us. Wickes you really do need to sort out your ordering system to make it easier for your customers and colleagues alike. We got several quotes before deciding to go with Wicks. We found their products superior to other companies. Our kitchen designer was Duncan . He’s very professional friendly and courteous and well-versed with all Wicks products. He was immensely important in helping us design and choosing our kitchen and making the whole project simple. Looking forward to seeing the finished product.

Pavels was a great help. He kept asking me if there was anything else and reminding me to buy other items I needed, with great rapport.

My mum and I came in to look at paint options for her bedroom and were unsure on certain colours and brand of paint, we were helped by David P and he was so friendly, helpful and approachable, really made the experience better. He is a great asset to the team.

A big thank you to Lewis @ Sutton Wickes store. He was very pleasant, polite and extremely helpful while I decided between two types of garden stones. He put them on a trolley, then opened a checkout, wheeled my purchases directly to my car and lifted the bags in for me. As I suffer from chronic pain, I can now decant the stones, in small amounts.

bethney penders is the lady you need i told her what i wanted and she listened not pushy at all she designed my kitchen twice because i wanted to add something on, nothing was to much trouble for her. i got what i wanted thank you bethney
