I would rather give a ZERO to wise.

I would rather give a ZERO.
I contacted wise, regarding a fraud/hacking/stolen funds from my account which wise never bothered to respond to, I am still waiting for their response, when it happened in March 2026, it is now June 2026. thank you for not responding, closing account, not recommended, money removed. wise is not to be trusted.

DO NOT HOLD MONEY ON WISE,THEY WILL MAKE YOU HOMELESS.
I had one of my friends send money to my my account and also i send all the money to wise account which i got paid day before to use wise as a primary account and all of the suddenn they blocked my account with no reason and all the money is stuck i don’t know what to do i do appeal complaint did everything but there is no way to get the money back without notice without asking for any documents banning account which is used for primary reasons like paying rent bill electricity food and they says the processt takes around 15 to 30 days i don’t know what to do about that so frustrating so

DO NOT HOLD MONEY ON WISE it’s not SAFE.

I love Wise

I love Wise! No complaints, says what it does on the tin, so to speak. Keep an eye on the rates, and you'll be fine with WISE and only a one-time transactional fee, and they tell you what it is before you approve it.

BE AWARE, certain banks with"Global Money Accounts" "NO fees" (HSBC) significantly lower the exchange rate, you lose out majorly on this more than the one-time fee.

Easy to use app and card

Easy to use app and card for those moments you need a credit card but you don’t have nor want one.
Exchange of your holiday fund into the currency of the country you’ll go to; easily managed in the Wise app.

Living abroad

Living abroad, Wise makes my life much easier. I can convert cash and pay bills much easier than I can with my brick and mortar bank. Plus fees are less and they pay interest! Very happy with them.
