Unfortunately, the Wren Kitchens team has been let down by their delivery partner, YODEL. Our delivery failed to materialize, and we were had to reach out to discover there had been a vehicle breakdown. Despite the delay, no one contacted us the following day with an update; Once again today, the onus was on us to chase Wren for information. While we've received plenty of apologies via email, we still have no delivery date. After two days of waiting, the lack of proactive communication is really disappointing.

James is absolutely incredible at what he does! The process is quick and easy and he trailers everything to your needs & budget! We have a great laugh when we are in and we love coming every time! He’s done our whole house with kitchen and bedrooms!

Lauren Jade was brilliant! Diligent. Conscientious. Caring and kind.
Kept me posted and kept persevering when technical (refund not possible as my bank card had expired- so not Wrens fault at all) or other issues (unable to take her calls so she always left a message keeping me posted) that might have prevented a correct outcome.
I am very grateful for her help and support.
In addition, she has always treated me kindly.

Be aware of the "DRY FIT SCAM" when you get quote from Wren kitchen. After the design, site visit and quote, you are then told the fitter needs to do an inspection and check for " SUPPLEMENTALS". That means you're now going to have to pay even more for a cooker/hob connection and or connection of the sink,dishwasher and washing machine. In my daughters case that was an additional £1600 on top of the original price. Thankfully they don't yet charge per screw and nail. BUYER BEWARE !!!!

I have received excellent customer service from Wren during a Warranty claim for my kitchen doors. The kitchen is 6 years old but with the 25 year warranty the problem has been solved quickly and amicably. We have had help during this process from both the head office team (Harrison Giles and Jamie-Lee) and the local Wren showroom in Tamworth. All have been very helpful and gone above and beyond what I expected. Highly recommended and reinforces why I chose Wren originally.

The fitter was brilliant the wardrobes good standard let down by designer. When it came to waste disposal . I am disabled and on any other job I always get the waste removal included in price I was led to believe this was the case with this job. The fitter said I had paid for it . Then the designer text me to say it was not included in the price . Also I had said to him that I would get rid of it myself at time if sale which was clearly a lie . I was considering wren for my kitchen but will go elsewhere now

There's pressured selling then there's lies, pressure and passive aggressive nastiness.
Not handing money over to this company. All bells and whistles service until the design meeting. Where twice we asked to swap the kitchen round to see. Ignored. Then the unrealistic discounting by thousands.
But having to pay £600 to get our "free measurements" and to be told "I know you won't come back" on top of the designer being rude to my mum briefly.
Made me want to cry from my alleviated anxiety.
A totally contrast to our first visit the weekend before.
Just disappointed in what I was looking forward to committing too purchasing.

Got our kitchen from wren at Leeds Hunslet,
James newton dealt with the whole process from designing to managing our kitchen and I couldn’t recommend him enough. Our kitchen design is perfect, the quality is perfect and the customer service is perfect. Had a few designs from other companies and not one came close to wren, great job from start to finish. Everything fit to the exact mm!!

We are now some five months since our kitchen was fitted and have to say we have no issues whatsoever with our Wren kitchen. Our experience from start to finish was almost faultless. We purchased from Crown Point in Leeds and counted ourselves lucky enough to have James Newton as our sales advisor. James was outstanding in all aspects of our dealings with him. Although i took in my own rough plan of what we wanted, James presented us with a very professional drawing and 3D picture. He made quite a few suggestions for improvement in certain areas some of which we had not even considered. In all 4 visits to the showroom with alts and additions before final drawing approved and kitchen ordered. Throughout James was laid back in his approach but accommodating and professional at all times. A concerted effort to get us the best kitchen within our budget whilst not applying any pressure whatsoever. We will be returning to Wren when we replace our fitted wardrobes later this year and will be seeking the help of James.

I could accept the day late delivery but when one of the items was faulty and needed to be replaced I couldn't believe that it would take a week for the replacement item to get to me! Does Wren not know how unacceptable this is? Do they not realise just how many people are seriously inconvenienced by this? Me - being without a kitchen for an additional week and the installers who have to earn a living and are unable to start the installation without the replacement item. I cannot believe that items cannot be kept on the shelf for such problems which must occur frequently. Very unacceptable and VERY DISAPPOINTING. I did phone and complain but have not heard back nor have I heard from the salesman at Wren who I dealt with although I did leave a message for him.
