No customer service whatsoever. Kitchen under warranty is falling apart and they just will not resolve the issue. I’ve been passed from pillar to post with everyone saying it’s someone else’s job. Called them, told me to go into the showroom, went into the showroom, told me to call them, emailed their ‘customer service’ email - doesn’t accept emails, contacted on X still no resolution. Spend tens of thousands on a kitchen then you’re on your own!
Do not buy from these people, once they have your money they don’t care.

What a pleasant surprise. Nick rang back the next day when he said he would. Have issue with a couple of things double oven damaged, two doors some items missing explained issues to nick no hesitation in sorting out issues. Very pleased with Wren after care, would use again without hesitation. Mark

Worst decision we ever made choosing Wren. They have left our kitchen a mess!
15 grand for damaged walls as they measured wrong and the units were MADE to fit, complete delamination of kickboards, cupboards delaminated or with lumps in, wonky cabinetry and generally a really poorly designed kitchen! Wren are refusing to remove the kitchen or give us a refund. Please avoid this company. The quality of the materials is terrible and the customer service is even worse! Terrible terrible company! Me and my family are devasted due to the investment and terrible kitchen we have been made to live with.

I will NEVER use Wren again, collectively they come across alls smiles and helpful as they want your business that soon changed. We were emailed telling us to pay the amount owed as we were paying in full and was given a number to call, when we did we were told why are you calling us for contact your sales man who shall remain unknown as I am not allowed to mention names. We contacted him who sent us a link this link did not work, several calls made to him, emailed him and even text him no answer and no reply, we were worried that if we did not pay they would cancel. We eventually had to go into the store and the manager apologised on his behalf.
When the kitchen was delivered there was a cupboard door missing, I was told to phone the next day to order it, I phoned and the answer machine told me I would have have to call back on a Monday this caused more stress as the door would not be here in time to be fitted. I decided to take my old kitchen out to save money and after I was told the fitter can not come on the day that was arranged he was delayed more stress The fitter came a day late and when he had almost finished he said two of the doors were damaged and he ran out of trim the fitter said he would order them for us and when they arrive he would come back. After a few days the tap became loose I contacted Wren they said the doors have not been ordered and regarding the tap that is not there issue I would have to contact the manufacturer for a replacement and arrange for it to be fitted. We called the fitter he did not answer we text him nothing we called him again he said he read the message but did not know what to say because he can not come and complete even though he’ been paid. We phoned Wren who apologised and said they would send another fitter, a week past and nothing, contacted Wren again who said there was no record of us calling and the issues and were really sorry. We waited a few days and we phoned Wren again who then said they were unaware of this and all they have on record is a broken tap. Eventually another fitter was booked who also did not show
Nine weeks later still an unfinshed Kitchen stay away at all costs.

Having been to the showroom and told they couldn’t help me and sending me off with the head office number I struggled to get through the phone menus and ended up requesting a call-back. I received a call from Warren who was brilliant - helped me with a new account and ordered the parts I needed and even gave me a discount. What a fantastic service agent he was, it’s made my day!

We had some issues with the fit of our kitchen (which we otherwise adore) and existing fridge freezer. Olivia phoned me and handled the issue within 15 minutes to my absolute satisfaction, they are an absolute asset to Wren and I would definitely use Wren again as a result of Olivia’s handling of our issue. 10/10 outstanding customer service.

Worst company I've ever bought from. They mislead you and send you incorrect items. They will then refuse to do anything to resolve their mistakes.
They will not abide by their own 14 day cooling of period.
Stay away.

The delivery guys were amazing, install was ok. Our Designer from the show room not so good. Found out he quit when we had a problem. Things we discussed and he said were noted were not. He changed a cabinet that was on our preliminary on our final. When we went to sign the final he went over all cabinets and the cabinet was there when he went over it. Come to find out on install it had been changed on our final.
We called store manager to discuss as they were installing and he could do nothing to help us. This is a nightmare and we are still going through it. I am not sure what I can do now. The cabinet Stephen decided to change is unusable. We paid all this money and am not satisfied, just stressed. Wish we never did this.
