Worst insurance ever good luck if you got to claim against 3rd party insurance they try get you to admit liability

For gods sake, never ever ever use this company... they are rude, almost abusive in any form of claim, or any form of conversation, they only answer the phone if a payment is required otherwise you are waiting for minimum an hour... unhelpful, horrible people, when something unfortunate happens they absolutely add salt to the wound.

NEver in my life will I consider these people again... never use a review for places unless it’s positive, but these people are just aweful, set up in a bedroom somewhere in Ireland...

Amature insurance company with limited to no specialist advice, the excess I’m fine with, I signed up to that, it’s the way you are treated in between...

if I could honestly use the word scum without sounding bitter (like they are) I honestly would....

VILE company I urge and beg anybody to stay away... allow them to burn.

Sleepless nights and horrible hour long phone calls, deadlines, but they won’t answer the phone so don’t bother calling them

one lady name avon she is the worst lady i have ever seen in my life i think she need a proper medication or should be in the mental hospital.

Definitely avoid this company, they rob you blind, had an accident took 3 years to sort out and they didn’t even send my paperwork to court so had to accept glass value for my car then had to pay excess to them! Spoke to someone called Sean who had vile customer service when I’m trying to sort direct debit out, he put the phone down on me twice, spoke to me like a fool told me to deal with debt collectors if I couldn’t do the direct debit On the day he wanted it to go through, baring in mind I only found out I had to pay this a week ago, basically called me a liar several times, just avoid them, a really bad company. Here’s some advise Sean if you want people to receive your letters actually send them! I am also making a complaint.

XS direct are a laughing stock seriously this company has been set up to outsource all its policies to brokers ect (middle men) who inflate the policies then sell them on to the general public they have no customer service they have nothing but a pot of money that me and you fill up they offer a 30% service for the money you pay stay clear of these money grabbing cowboys seriously avoid like the plauge!!!
