Trash zong bolt experience it went no service for no reason even if it is in service it barely works very trash internet

I have activated my roaming on zong network when I left Pakistan. When I arrived overseas I never have any service on zong and went through a lot of trouble. It's happen twice with me and to many other friends and families member who use zong services. zong will keep charging you without any apologies when you call or write to them all they care put money in there açcount.
Anyone who travel abroad make sure have extra sim from different network don't trust zong.

Are they providing 4G internet? The speed is literally 21bs not even in kbs facing the issue from a long time even filled a complaint but it didn't help. Can't say about the other services they providing but internet service is the worst.

Scratchcard does not work - there is no easy way to complain offered. No point ringing their helpline as they keep you on hold for ten minutes then the call automatically hangs up.

The App is a joke - one of the worst I have ever used, and this is an App for a phone company!

Poor internet service.
Don't subscribe any package.

Never ever purchase zong internet! It has become worthless peace of garbage now.
I have been using Zong internet for more than five years and I use to buy yearly plan. Previously its service was good but this year I have to regret my decision of purchasing Zong net.....

Worst ever experience with zong, i subscribed internet package I was getting 0.02 mbps speed, when I contacted cs, they said we are forwarding your complaint to concerned dept, after Some time I got call from zong and said everything is all right at our end , there is no issue in your internet from our side, so they won't solve your problem so I would recommend you never use their service bashirabad colony mirpur khas

The YouTube add-on being offered by zong is fraudulent. I subscribed to it and my regular data was used instead. I had to get additional fresh data twice and my YouTube GBs remain unused. Sorry to see such a big company trying to stoop so low that they want to steal 500 rupees from their customers. Very disappointed with the attitude of customer services. And the way Zong has stolen this 500 rupees.

A terrible company which has terrible customer service. I have lost large amounts of balance twice. First time it was due the page not informing that the package was not automatically renewable, as per required by law. The second time I had a package yet I still lost balance for no reason at all, the customer service representatives both times were absolutely useless and try to place the blame on you subtly. Which in turn caused me to have a go at them which actually works. However so far there has been a complaint placed.
This does make sense as the company is Chinese owned, and they are trying to colonise third world countries such as Pakistan. So they collect data from the citizens also hard earned money through fraudulent illegal methods.

Zong services are deceiving and at times fraudulent in nature. They trap customers into spending more. I am always pissed off by Zong. Poor Service 😡

I came from abroad for 2 weeks .. recharged my 4G zong device with 2K PKR internet package .. it works like 2G

The zong network does not offers the offers they claim in their messages. They send message saying that they are giving out a package for @70 rupees. The offer is called, Apna shehr Moro @70 by dialing *4466# and when you dial the code, instead of activating the offer, they ask you to dial *6464# for information of packages.
Not the zong will claim that this is a glitch message generated by the system. Please have the issue removed. I switched the damn sim on for this offer.
Good companies a least let their customers apply the offer once and then guide that its a glitch. But then again, that's what good companies do.

As big a claim as you are that it is the largest 4G network in Pakistan. If you don't even get a call at a distance of 2 km from your Islamabad head office then where will the 4G service come from. Your service is very poor. If the network does not operate in the main area of ​​Islamabad then what will happen in the villages. I can't even get a normal call from Park Road Lane 4. The worst bad exprience with this device . Every time there is signal issue , conectivity issue .when i asked them for why my internet is not connecting they said rechage ur device and if the issue will be remain same then change your device . when i will activate my pacakge the issue was the same ..When i purchase a new device the shopkeeper said this old sim can't use in new device . I lost my 2000rs . The company should change this option that atleast zong 4g sim can use in any device of zong 4G . And plz train your employees to solve any problem related to device before use web chat . They are saying ask outlet and they don't have any information ...

Worst ever company where the char representatives share your contact details over internal chat rooms with fake IDs causing other desperate employees to harass you to your core and when file a complaint they further tell you to cooperate with them with giving any turn around time. No sense of business ethics at all.
