Rent a Car 

Exelent service, brand new cars. Me and my friends rented a car in august. The price was ok and the car was brand new. We went in Sunny beach with it and had no problems. When we returned it they waited us at the airport.

These guys were recommended by our trip agent. The car was brand new Nissan Qashqai, clean with full tank. They gave us the car at the airport in Varna when we arrived. Left the car at the same place a week later and everything was fine! We may use them again for our winter vacation.

The dont give you your deposit back. I did not get my deposit back when I returned a rented car in Varna Airport. They told me it would be transfered. The did not. I have got a lot of bad excuses from the "Station Manager". First he said it would take 14 days but they simply dont pay you back. BGN 586,75 has been taken from my credit card account (300€), and they just keep the money. I must strongly warn everybody about this company that was provided through EconomuCarRental

Very bad experience , Old cars , They didint release the deposit . I dispute to my bank account to get my money back . worst renter ever .

The beginning of the rental was very promising.
We got the car right near the airport in Sofia, checked the car together with rental employee and signed all the docs. At the end I dropped the keys to the mail box, as we returned the car before opening hours. Nothing happened to the car during our vacation.
Unfortunately the deposit of 250 euros was not returned to us with claim of damage. When I asked for proof I got 2 photos. In first photo they should scratch of right back side which was continue of other scratch which was marked in the document.
In second photo was a scratch which could be barely seen in the picture and only if you are very close to it.
I'm very disappointed.

Yes Rent a Car scammed 500€ from me with the excuse of alleged damages underneath of the front spoiler of the car. They never checked the car with me when I took it and when I returned it.

Given that they have refused returning my deposit and following the instructions on the contract I have reported them by email written in English and Bulgarian to the Consumer Protection Service, KZP . BG, I have attached all documents and photos.

If you have been scammed too, check your contract and online to find where to send your complaints.

I read 5 stars reviews, I'm not very sure they are genuine, it's suspicious. BEST RECOMMENDATIONS, AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

According to my car registration it seems to belong to a different company, Lion. It seems a business created for scamming people only. No surprise if they disappear in a few months or weeks and start all over again with a different name.

When receiving the car, they asked me to sign the final inspection sheet as well, and that was just so I have faster return procedure (they said).
I told them I will sign it when returning the car after checking everything is fine.

At return no one asked me to sign anything and they just took the car. AND then the deposit chasing begin. As other have mentioned - it took me almost two months of constant emailing and calling until they finally returned my deposit.

I am definitely not using this company ever again!

I want to say thanks to YES RENT A CAR. This summer I needed urgently to rent a car and these guys were very helpful! They did everything possible to get me the car that I wanted.

Our trip agent booked a car from Yes Rent a Car. The car was okay and we returned it without any issues after 10 days of use.

I took the car in excellent condition. They waited me at the airport in Varna, the employee was very polite and helpful. Returned the car after a week on the black sea coast without any issues.

As others have said, these guys have also taken our deposit. We had to claim it back through our credit card company. We took extensive photos and videos when dropping the car off in case. The credit card company was happy to reimburse us.

It took 3 months to get a response from Yes Rent a Car. Which was a text asking for our booking details. We had already been reimbursed by the bank.

We booked a car for family vacation around black sea coast. We wanted a small car, but the guy from the office suggested to take suv because we have two kids and it will be more spacious. We chose Nissan Qashqai and we do not regret it. Thanks again for the great advice!

We found yes rent a car website on google and decided to use it for our trip in Bulgaria. We arrived at Varna Airport in the beginning of July and they waited us at the arrivals area with signs with our names - the whole procedure to get the car and everything was something around 20 minutes. We get the latest model Reno Clio with decent tires and clean interior. We used the car for two weeks to visit Burgas and some nice beaches near it. At the end we left the car again at Varna Airport where employee of the company checked the car and gave us report.

After a month of claiming my deposit they invented that the car was damaged when I am absolutely sure I returned it in perfect condition. Do not make reservations with this company, they are scammers.

We booked a small car from yes rent a car, the car was located at a parking spot next to Varna Airport arrivals terminal. We were a little worried because there is no office of the company there, but the girl on the phone was very easy to communicate with and explained everything we needed for a safe drive.

We rented for first time with Yes rent a car in Varna Airport. Their representative welcomed us with a sign with our names in waiting area at the airport. The paperwork was done in 10 minutes. We received full explanation about the car and in approximately 20 minutes we are on our way. The returning of the car was very easy, it takes only 2-3 minutes. We will use them again.

We rented our reno clio from “yes rent a car” and it was okay. The car was located at the airport parking in Varna, the staff was very cooperative on the phone and give us good directions how to find it. We traveled for 5 days around Bulgaria without any problems and at the end we left the car at the airport in Sofia.

The rental experience itself was fine, no desk but the car arrived quickly after a phonecall.
HOWEVER I returned the car on 3rd June and am still chasing the 500 euro deposit, which was taken as an actual charge, not a pending payment on my credit card. Initially they told me it could take 30 days, and since then I have contacted them every few days. Twice they've told me the payment has been authorised, but it hasn't been paid. I am now pursuing it as a dispute with my bank. They sent no confirmation of the car being returned, and did no visual check on return either.
Not worth the hassle - don't use! I wish I had seen the reviews first.

UPDATE -10.8.22 I have finally received the refund. Followed advice from someone else's review on here and did the following:
- Persistence, kept emailing.
- Quoted their deposit return policy to them.
- Gave expected time frames and followed up when missed with next actions.
- Contacted my bank and informed them I was doing so.
- Threatened legal action.
- Involved the web page I booked through (Economy bookings).
Some of the above I had to do multiple times but ultimately they've paid up. I think they probably count on people giving up.

Would never use again, and wish I'd checked reviews.

Easy to use website where you can find all the important information about the car and the requirements. We used a rented car from 11th of July until 18th and we didn’t had any troubles. Some of the reviews below are mentioning problems with the deposit, but we got our back within the mentioned period. Good service overall.

Easy to book! We had a few questions and they answered on all of them on the phone. The car was clean with full tank, you just have to drive it :)
