We had our holiday cancelled during covid and have accepted vouchers from the company at first I was very nervous we would loose our money . Now we have booked our holiday for Easter break looking forward to it.. Thanks for holding it.

Completely disgusting at how I have been treated by the company. Our holiday was cancelled due to Covid so we agrees to take a voucher in order to support the company.. now noone is answering my calls, I have left messages but NOTHING! Complete scam. Avoid using this company at all cost! I have sought advice and I will be taking this company to small claims court! They will not get away with ripping people off!

If there was a zero star listed yourholidayguide would get it. Absolute con of a company. In covid times they should be ashamed of their scheming ways they go to to avoid giving a refund. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED..
Note.. It's a shame this company ran from It's responsibility regards covid as it would appear they were pretty good pre pandemic. I suppose it's just greed really. Wanted to keep what they had..

Very poor service, every time I call there is no answer and I'm asked to leave a message and an agent will call me back! Well I have left too many messages to keep an account and still no one has called me. I have even emailed them requesting a call back and still NOTHING!!

They have taken my money for a cancellation due to the pandemic and have sent me a "voucher", well what good is this voucher if I can't even speak to anyone to book anything??!

Extremely disappointing and very poor! Please avoid. Do not give them your money, cos you'll not hear back from them again!

I have lost all faith in this company. My holiday was cancelled in May 2020 (covid) although I was entitled to a refund I opted to reschedule for May 21 this was also put on hold & I was told that I couldn't get a refund. I rescheduled again for May 22 & was told I would here around Xmas time the flight details, I still do not have hotel & transfer vouchers & as yet I've heard nothing, I've left 3 telephone messages and sent numerous emails all of which have gone unanswered! I will never book with this company ever again .
Literally you cannot get through to them.

I booked a holiday to go to marrakesh last april prior to covid with this company, subsequently i received a voucher for the value of the holiday + £100 additional rather than waiting for a refund. I am now trying to rebook but can get no one to contact me and am unable to get any contact via phone or email. I need to get this situation resolved as this voucher is only valid until December. Please can someone contact me to get this resolved. Thanks

I was promised a refund due to holiday cancellation in March and am still waiting for my money back. They have even alleged that I subsequently agreed to a voucher in order to get out of paying me. Do not trust this company.

We're still waiting for a refund for a holiday on March. Since promising a refund early on in the pandemic, we've had no contact. We're wondering if they're still trading or have done a runner.

I very rarely book a package deal but I saw this deal and went for it. I was a little disappointed that there were a few hidden charges which bumped the price up but, these were resolved by Tim the booking agent and Anthony the verification agent.
We had a lovely holiday and it was good value for money.

Hi, Thank you very much for the fun and memorable trip we had in Paris last month, My husband is happy as he celebrated his birthday for 3 days 🙂 Aside from the actual day, he had one in cruise and another cake upon arrival in hotel and a free upgrade to suite room.

We were not sure what to expect from this tour, but were pleasantly surprised. The hotels and homestay were lovely and clean. The staff made our trip most enjoyable and nothing was too much trouble. The meals were more than we expected.

Timothy went above and beyond. Excellent customer service and a great company to deal with.

Really well organised, good customer service and holiday was atol protected. Cheapest price, used airlines I'd no clue about but had amazing seats legroom etc.

spent about 2 hours talking to David going through holiday options. he was very patient not pressure to book. Suggested an alternative. rang him back once checked out the details. Offered a good deal in turkey all inclusive and reviews looked good on internet. Chris took the booking but there was an couple of error. 1 confirmation sent to wrong email 2 incorrect flight dates. Rang back and spoke to Matt who put things right immediately, sorted in a 20 minute phone call. Received correct confirmation whilst on call. Must have been the reference to drop kicking him - A good sense of humour helped. All staff were polite, helpful and patient. Agreed to leave another review of the holiday experience.

I was looking for a warm sunny getaway from cold wet & stormy UK for my partners February birthday. I was really fussy with my holiday specifications. I also didnt want a long flight and had a limited budget. Timothy was able to find me a 4* certificate of excellence hotel staying half board for a week in prime location near the beach for half of the prices shown on other popular websites. I sm so happy. Also his colleague David was able to give me further discount and secured a room with a balcony. I will definitely be calling YOUR HOLIDAY GUIDE again. THANK YOU ❤
