Excellent service provided by Matt & Chris today who went out of their way to ensure we got the holiday we wanted at a reasonable price with good flights. They were also very knowledgeable of different charges for baggage on different flights. Nothing was too much trouble and they even requested a potential room upgrade, champagne and cake for my Birthday. We've reviewed the hotel on Tripadvisor and are looking forward to our stay.

Found the whole experience suspicious…
Found the whole experience suspicious and when it came to booking the cost of the holiday jumped from £449pp to £670 when it was time to pay. The whole experience from start to finish felt like a scam. Advised that the advertised dates I phoned for were sold out to suddenly having just 1 last room left....yep...at a much higher cost!!! I might be young but I certainly wasn't born yesterday.
