Totally unimpressed with the lack of customer service. They were very helpful until they had our money and that is where it stopped. Trying to get booking details, confirmation of accessible hotel room, transportation of mobility aids etc was like pulling teeth but their failure to pass on our passport information to the airline and not sorting out boarding passes nearly led to us not being allowed to fly. Because they do not pass on your airline booking reference or the email address they use you cannot do either of these for yourself, it has to be done by them. Thanks to the Ryanair help desk we managed to sort things out with less than a minute to spare before the deadline. Please do not use this company if you don’t want the stressful experience we had.

The prices on the website were not updated for few days giving wrong information. However it's worth calling them as they have other stuff available. Robin was most helpful and managed to find us a location and hotel we liked. The booking process was very easy and everything was as discussed on the phone.

I would like to say that David has shown first class customer service. I received the best care and attention ever. David recognised it was my birthday when i am away and made some concessions as a suprise. I would definately recommend this company and this young man,

Booked a holiday with YHG within ten days of my proposed holiday to Tenerife. Have always booked with TUI in the past and was slightly nervous to book with an unknown company bearing in mind that their prices for a package was 50% cheaper than TUI and included five nights half board and return transfers as well as flights. I neednt have worried.Everything happened as planned and I would have no hesitation to book with this company again.

Dillon was excellent. Very nice guy and really helpful in booking me the holiday I wanted.

Terrible customer service from what I believe is a call centre in India.
I called a few times to enquire about holiday, each time was a disappointing experience. So will not be booking with Your holiday guide.

We were planning on a large group booking to Egypt. I was discussing this holiday with Dillon. We had many hurdles to overcome, mainly coordinating flights and hotel rooms for our preferred dates and hotel of our choice. Dillon worked extremely hard and somehow managed to successfully book our holidays.We are happy with the level of service provided. Will definitely consider them on our next adventure.

Jordan has done a great job in finding my family and I another holiday after Thomas Cook went into liquidation & we were unable to fly with them. Jordan did his utmost to accommodate my needs & preferences and was very patient & polite. Thank you so much for your invaluable help.

We spoke with Alan and he was really helpful, unfortunately our holiday had been cancelled with another company and we had been unable to find a holiday as we needed it for the next day. We called regarding another holiday we had seen on the website but that one was unavailable so he spent an hour with us on the phone and found us a perfect holiday, we went through many hotels and prices until the one we wanted was found. He was very patient and helpful and took onboard all of our requests and he found just what we was looking for.

Have just returned from a holiday booked through Your Holiday Guide. I am very satisfied with the holiday and would like to thanks James for organising this for us will surely book again.

Adam booked my holiday for me. He gave me the perfect Holiday Package just like i was looking for, He was patient with me and all the questions I asked. He was polite and went through everything with me without making feel rushed.

My wife and I booked a last minute deal through 'your holiday guide' - this was a bad decision! The person who handled the booking said that we could have a sea view. Upon arrival at Blue Seas Costa Sebastian in Costa Teguise (Lanzarotte) we were told that there were no sea view rooms. The hotel is far from the sea and directly in front of the hotel is a derelict building which has stood that way for 18 years!

The hotel was also 'sold' to us by the your holiday guide rep as being a "4 star hotel". This could not have been further from the truth! The food was dreadful, very repetitive and bland. There was virtually no evening entertainment. So rather than being a 'bargain' all-inclusive, it turned out to be much more expensive as we tended to eat out and try and find entertainment elsewhere. The holiday rep also told us that the hotel is 800m from the beach. This is not true. It is some distance to the nearest beach area. The all-inclusive drinks were also poor. For example, all cocktails were made by a machine. Every morning you had to queue for sunloungers that were unlocked by a member of staff at 10am. The pool area was small for the amount of guests and very over-crowded. The snack area was often strewn with plastic rubbish and we didnt see any staff trying to keep in clean. The food in the snack area was also very poor.

All in all, this was not an enjoyable holiday. When I made a complaint to your holiday guide they emailed me a complaint reference number. However, nearly 3 weeks later they have failed to respond to any of my telephone calls and emails. I asked them to discuss some form of compensation, but the company have ignored me!

I will never use your holiday guide again. Very poor customer service! Avoid I would say!

Shocking service! Prices quoted via Travelzoo are then hiked up when you speak to someone who then condescendingly asks if you’ve ever travel before because they can’t add up the prices they have just quoted you! Shocking, the person I spoke to should not work in ‘hospitality’ as he clearly didn’t know the meaning of the word!
Absolutely disgusted with these people and would avoid at all costs!

Whilst looking for a last minute holiday deal I came across Your Holiday Guide via travelzoo. Initially spoke to Alan who was extremely helpful and found me an excellent deal to Greece. The booking process was smooth without any push sales talk. The pricing was clear with all costs included. The reservation was confirmed by the supervisor Dillon, who after hearing about my plight, included a room upgrade at no extra cost. Well done Your Holiday Guide.
