Do not order anything from this website, you will not get your order, I have been waiting since November 2022 and still have not received anything, they will not give my money back, scam website, you will lose your money and get nothing 😡

I bought a Christmas Tree from them in November of 2022. I never got my product as of date. They asked me to please wait it would be reshipped. Of course it never came yet. I have asked for a full refund many times and never got on. This company needs to be out of business. If you got ripped off too, please report this to facebook as well I have

I bought a product from them in Oct 22 still haven't received it. I've emailed them several times to be told it's been delivered, definitely a scam site.

Honestly I would give them a Negative Star if I could.
I ordered a blanket from this place in November 2022 for my daughter for Christmas. It never came!! I reached out to them and asked where the product was and they said "sorry for the delay, it's on it's way". I waited for another MONTH to no avail and at this point didnt' want the blanket anymore because it was well past Christmas. I requested a refund and they said "please give it a little more time, it's coming". I waited another week... STILL NO BLANKET. I demanded a refund, they keep refusing, and assuring that my item is on it's way. Then the parcel magically get's LOST 1100 miles away and they want to confirm my address. At this point i'm very suspicious and say "you should have my address from the original order, I'm not giving you anything, please give me a refund"... they refuse. It is now almost May... still no blanket.. still no refund.

I wish I could give them minus, minus stars! I ordered a comforter from this company back in November 2, 2022. I have been emailing them basically every other day asking them where my package is and they've said it's on it's way or that it's been delivered. The second time they told me it was delivered and when I check the tracking number it was delivered to an address in Ireland. I live on the West coast of Canada, Ireland isn't even in the same continent. Of course like everyone else here they blame it on the logistics company etc, etc! They refuse to refund my money. I wish we could all sue this company for being a bunch of scammers and fraudsters. Don't order from this company!!

This is a well organised scam company run by fraudsters and crooks.
If ever we can all find a platform to remove them from any marketing platform for ever.
I placed my order in October 2022,I'm for ever sending emails &tracking my order,but now I can see from other reviews here that it's not gonna happen
Suddenly today they sent an email to say my package was delivered .
I've responded to say they must give the date ,time, delivery address,&the delivery company &person who delivered it

Stay away from this site. Totally fraud. You will not get the goods you order, just a lot of excuses. And in the end they just tell you that the order has been delivered.

Ordered an item worth almost £50 in November 2022. Still waiting for delivery in April 2023. They say they have delivered it but to the wrong address! I gave them the opportunity to send it again but, once more, it did not arrive. They refuse to offer a refund and email each time to say they will redeliver again instead. Absolute scam!

Actually I would rate this company as a minus ZERO. I ordered Nov 2, 2022 & still haven't received the cookware I ordered. I email them everyday & get a reply the next day, always the same they will send me a tracking number as soon as they have one, which is never. I carefully filled out the order form with my correct address in ARKANSAS, supposedly they sent my cookware to Honolulu Hawaii, then they supposedly had to try to retrieve it & resend it. The 2nd order NEVER arrived, which I expected to happen, they blamed the logistics company they use & stated over and over they are just a small company and they are loosing money, they then blamed the pandemic, and finally blamed me & got a little nasty, however, my response to them was not very nice. Supposedly they have shipped out my new order and even confirmed my address to be delivered to. I do not expect to receive it because it will be more excuses and delays. I've made official complaints to the Better Business Bureau which has done absolutely no good. I also placed another order with MCS, which I believe is connected to this company and am getting the same nonsensical replies as Z MASTERMIND. They are most likely the same company. Now when I try to email MCS it says the email can't be reached. I DO mail Z MASTERMINE every single day and have told them they are a fraudulent, scaming company and that I demand the cookware I ordered. They always reply back the same exact same thing & ask for my patience which I ran out of along time ago.
DO NOT ORDER FROM EITHER COMPANY because you will loose your money. They believe nothing can be done to them. I have decided to NOT order anything from CHINA because I now have trust issues.

This company is straight fraud I tried to get my money back my bank want even let me because they told them my baby item was delivered which was a lie. Trust and believe I’m suing .

Pity I cannot go lower. This is a fraudulent company. Everyone go onto facebook and warn your friends and get them to warn their friends and their friends etc. put a stop to this operation

This company is really a scam. I have ordered my parcel last year October till todate I haven't received my parcel. They are very good on responding to our e-mail but nothing will be delivered. I communicate with them almost every week to check how far is my parcel and their response is " please be patient we will deliver in 30 days" this is really a scam. How can we assist each other to bring this company down?

Z Mastermine Pte Ltd have not delivered my order no: 68ZN3-S8FJ29H ordered since November 2022. Initially delayed the tracking number but then the order was sent to Kigoma instead of Dar es salaam Tanzania. They keep on responding to my e mails inquiry begging for my patience as logistic Company is retrieving my order in vain. I decided to search the Company and found a lot of people are scammed. But the initial review there were people who recommended the products means they have received their orders and encourage us to order. It seems their office is in Singapore can we get Singapore Authority to burn this Company? Paypal should also burn them. Last communication with Company was 16th March 2023 and they asked me to wait few more days and this is now April 11 2023

Same hapened to me,after orderring on november 2022 still not received yet and is aprill 2023,same excuse as others wrote ,wrong adrress delivery and that will be shipped again,only excuses but seems that is a scam,no money back,DO NOT ORDER ANNYTHING FROM THEM…How can we get our money refund?

Dont order from this company,I order 2 product from this company since October of 2022,this is suppose tobe a christmas gifts for my grandkids,but i havent receive anything,i been contacting this company,i was told it was delivered,but they deliver it to 2 different address not in California but sent it to Virgin Island.
I was told they will contact the logistic to resend my order and refused to refund my money.

Do not order from this company, they are a bunch of scamers. I ordered my product in October 2022 and have never received it and they refuse to refund me. I just keep getting the run around that its on its way. First, supposedly they delivered to the wrong address. Then got that straightened out. Then supposedly they had to get the logistic company to ship a new one out. It is now April 2023 and still no package and supposedly they reshiped a new one in December 2022.

SCAMMERS !!!!!!!! Took my money and only get excuses as to why order not filled, Bogus tracking number provided.
