Made an order for a tent on November 18th and still haven't received anything. Shady carnts keep telling me to wait another 15 days.

Ordered on November last year and never got it, they keep talking lie, think there all junkies, don’t you ever order anything for there, they are rubbish , they just robbing, no1 happy about it, unbelievable never trust them

I was also foolish to order from them last sept 2022. I have been getting the run a round since. They say it was lost. Told them to just return payment. They don't. This company should not be allowed to advertise and facebook should do their homework on all the scammers they allow on.

Made a purchase in Nov 22 and still waiting. Have exchanged over 25 emails. Same reply every time - it’s on its way !!! Asked for a refund several times and they will not issue it - just keep telling me to wait a few more days. Facebook should not be allowed to let companies like this advertise in their platform. Total scammers.

I ordered Charlotte tilbury make up October 2022 paid $59 and after 4 times been told it’s been sent and hold on for 21 days and tracking numbers etc still nothing june 2023 .. I’ve a long email thread and have asked for refund several times but nothing

No delivery- Can see NOW, same scam for everyone.
We ordered some suitcases back in November 2022 for a holiday in January 23. Obviously never arrived, and the ‘scrip’ of delivery to the wrong place, saying we had entered the wrong address etc is a well-trodden path. They still respond to emails, but certainly no item or refund (requested several times). Lesson learnt.so I’m letting it go today (last email sent today).

Wouldn't even give the a 1 star ordered an item for Xmas in October 2022 still not received it to those day I have messaged them lots of times and they just keep messing me around been asking for a refund and they just keep fobbing me off not very hopeful on getting my money back just a scam site

I order a set of luggage paid for it and on May 4, 2023 But never received it! I pray that I received what I paid for soon. You bring a curse on your own household when you steal from others.

Ordered and paid for a product October 2022. Have not received although they say it has been shipped and Re shipped. Total Scam! Several emails telling I will receive soon and not to worry. Do NOT order anything from this SCAM.

Do not use this company!! I Ordered something in October last year , after many emails back and forth that they think it was delivered to wrong address they still not delivered , just they try again , now been 7 months and it’s gone past Xmas and my daughters birthday, they just don’t care! She lost her father and this was meant to help her smile again . Asked for refund and they have stopped contact.

I ordered a product about 4 months ago and have kept in touch with them via email and get the same response everytime "please be patient " They said it has been sent but they provide not proof of delivery

Ordered item last year October. No item received only received message below and never heard from them again, They don't respond to emails.

This is a fake business.
I bought the item last year 2022 and yet yet keep blaming the delivery, asking for delivery address again… total joke so they can keep you alert with fake things until you gave up.
Never giving the money back
Total scam.
AVOID and make it viral so others won’t face the same bad experience.

20/11/2022 I foolishly paid for goods which were never delivered. Total Scam. Do not real with them.

This company is fraudulent. After paying the amount, the order did not arrive. When contacting them several times, they delay. In the end, the order did not arrive and they did not return the amount.

I wish I found this site last November before I ordered from them. Bank has long since given me my money back, but the 3rd replacement was shipped and again, it was delivered to no place near me. They always blame the shipping the company after first blaming me for not putting my address in correctly. Total Scam
