Scam of a company, Ordered luggage November 2022 and it has never showed up. Delivered to two different provinces supposedly but never my province. Asked for a refund and was told they don’t offer refunds. My emails now are being sent back as undeliverable.

Ordered a throw in October of last year. Got a receipt for the order but never received it. They have been fobbing me off with excuses every since. I still have not received the goods and they kept saying it was a logistics matter. Despite having asked for a refund, I still haven't got it. After my last email, I received an email saying that my email was undelivered. Absolutely useless and I'm now out of pocket

I ordered a pair of steps back in November last year and the first 3 time they said it was delivered but not to me then I asked for a refund and they said no because they have put a lot of time and money in to the deliveries then got another email eventually with new tracking number but that doesn't work

Ordered a piece of luggage in November, 2022. Here we are on 8/3/23 and I have not received it.
3 tracking numbers, 2 deliveries to Iowa (I live in NJ),
now I get a notification it was delivered to my mailbox in NY. First of all it's luggage, what mailbox would that fit and yet again delivered to a different state.
Is there an agency that these scammers can be reported to?

99 emails back and forth. Claim it was delivered . Followed up on supplied tracking numbers. (2) One went to Western Australia and the other went to the right state , South Australia , but 300 Km away.
Because they claimed it was delivered to my front door there can be no refund.
Scammers. Cannot understand how facebook allows them to advertise.

I ordered a Christmas Tree in October of 2022. It has now been almost a year, still have not received my order. Yes they did attemp delivery. I live in North Carolina. Package was delivered to Washington state, Hawaii, Alaska and most recently Texas. They refuse to issue a refund. So do not order anything from this company!

I bought suitcases last year In September 2022 and haven't received anything despite numerous reminders. Please don't buy on this website.

Wish I could rate this company minus stars. Xmas tree ordered Novemeber 2022 now July 2023 never have recieved it. A million emails back and forward with them saying they will resend the package Requested money back but will not give me that option because the package was according to them delivered !! Should have search the company first never again hope no one else gets caught out from these scammers and checks the reviews first

Ordered Charlotte Tilsbury makeup in November last yr and still waiting. Same scenario as the rest of reviews. Now sending 3rd lot of parcels !! Wish I had looked at trust pilot before I ordered.

Still waiting for my luggage order since October 2022.

Made a purchase in Nov 22 and still waiting. Have exchanged over 25 emails. Same reply every time - it’s on its way !!! Asked for a refund several times and they will not issue it - just keep telling me to wait a few more days. Facebook should not be allowed to let companies like this advertise in their platform. Total scammers. Seriously What The Fork don’t touch these slime heads

SCAMMERS!!! NO PRODUCT, NO REFUND, ONLY LIES !!

This company is obviously a con and I have lost money to them for a fryer which has never materialized. This has been ongoing since Sept last year. All you get is it was delivered but not to me, several different excuses which are quite ridiculous

I bought a Christmas Tree from them in November 2022. I never got my product as of date. They asked me to please wait it would be reshipped. Of course it never came yet. I have asked for a full refund many times and never got on. This company needs to be out of business. If you got ripped off too, please report this to facebook as well I have.

Same experience as everyone else on this thread. Ordered a suitcase in Nov 22 after clicking on an ad on FB and not received any. The same excuses as everyone else has seen, wrong address, etc.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Dirty rotten filthy B……….. and I told them so and still they asked me to be patient and were sending me a new item. DO NOT buy from this company

This has been an unbelievably frustrating experience - the company advertised something attractive on Social Media, provided a bogus tracking number, claims to have delivered the product (just somewhere else, in a city over 3 hours away), promised to 're-dispatch/re-deliver' and never delivered to me.
When contacted, they make all sorts of excuses - there must have been 'some unforeseen problems occurred during the express delivery', and 'please rest assured that we will contact the post office to re-dispatch for you', and 'the logistics chamber will retrieve the package and arrange for redeliver' and on and on. Seven months and twenty messages back and forth and still the message is 'please wait patiently for another seven days'. The latest promise is to re-dispatch [are you serious?? They have allegedly re-dispatched 3 times in the past 7 months and I still having nothing]. I am so done with this 'back and forth'.
Clearly, there doesn't appear to be a product to sell and my money has been taken.
I have requested a refund, but that is also something they apparently don't do.

Purchased the toy cars last year, haven't receive！It's a liar company！！

As with other reviews I have had a a terrible experience. Ordered in November 2022, still not delivered. Sent tracking numbers but advised by Royal Mail the the number given was addressed to someone else.
I have sent 30 emails and get the same reply. Just wait a few more days. Be patient. They claimed to have resent my order with a new tracking number and exactly the same thing happened. Royal mail said the item was not addressed to me.
This company is not to be trusted. They refuse to send refunds. They take your money and do not deliver. The advertisement should be banned on Facebook. Please, do not buy anything from them. It is a scam
