Bought goods back in November 22. Now here we are 6 months later and no goods. I have 27 emails now between us. Excuses after Excuses. I gave now insisted I have my money back and no contact. Nor my money. Do not use these are scammers.

Company will lie to you and say it’s in the mail. I ordered in August 2022 and they say item must of got lost or already sent. I have so many emails with a different story each time. Definitely SCAMMERS so please be careful.

Looks like everyone that orders from this company never gets their merchandise. Mine was ordered back in November 2022 and still have not received my order. They keep giving us the same run around that tracking number will be sent to us in a few days. It's all a LIE! Looks like from all of these reviews, I'm not the only one that has been ROBBED!! I tell them to refund my money (which they have not) and probably never will. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Scammers. Items never arrived despite many emails saying they will re send. Avoid at all costs

Ordered four suitcases in November. To date still not arrived. I have contacted them several times for a refund still not received anything from them. £150 down!!

Maybe if they delivered products that have been paid for.

Placed order in October and still have not received. Said it was shipped to a different address in a different state. When they had my correct. Keep saying be patient. Liars and a scam. Never Never use this company!!!!

Discraceful still waiting for my money back. Ordered a parcel in October and chased numerous times. It was an advent calendar; they keep saying it’s on its way but don’t send the tracking number.
Do not use them they are con artists. Will not even refund me and it’s been 6 months and nothing arrived. I have countless Elamite chasing saying I want my money back.

Definitely a Scam. I purchased a Welder for US$37.99 on the 6th November 2022. To date no product has arrived. I have sent numerous emails and have tried to call the Contact Number with no reply and no answer.

I ordered 2 pans in November. The first shipment went o another customer. 5 months later same thing again. Almost April and no products delivered. Big scam company. Buy nothing from them.

I wish I could give zero stars.I made the mistake of ordering off them back in October of 2022 and it's now march 2023,never received anything.apparently my item was delivered to a total different county despite the fact they had my full address.ive been emailing them for months now and they keep telling me they have resent it.they won't give a refund. Do not order from this company, Scam artists at the finest

Zero rating! I ordered two advent calendars on November 16 2022. It is now March 24, 2023 and I have not received anything. I have requested refunds and have been denied. I have asked for them just to send out the packages and their tracking says they sent them to Hawaii which is ridiculous because my order had my address. This company is fraudulent. Do not buy anything from them. They have stolen my money and refuse to correct the situation. Worst experience ever.

I ordered the product (handcarry luggage) back in November 5, 2022 and now-we're in March 23, 2023 and I haven't received the product, reading all the reviews-it feels like I got scammed.

Don't even deserve a star, do not under any circumstances order from this company waited 5 months on an order and nothing but lies from them! You have been warned

I have purchased some products on November 17th 2022 - I have emailed them numerous times asking them about my products as I have not received my purchase products - This company needs to be reported as I got my receipt details - have screenshots of all - Receipt #1931-3669
