order, buy one get one suitcase, still waiting for it, since December 2022.
Today open my statement they are still charging me for it!! F... them!!!

This is the biggest SCAM that I have seen in my life. They pretend that it got lost because the logistics company sent it to the wrong address. Then they offer to resend it to you, but it never arrives. I purchased the body boards 6 months ago, and never received them. I hope they get caught and thrown in Jail. Disgusting piece of garbage.

Biggest Scam. I ordered a product in November. Apparently it was shipped to BC. I live in Ontario. After numerous requests for a refund all I get told us it has been reshipped. All lies. Nothing but Con artists. Do not order anything from them. I have a lawyer now.

Ordered a suitcase in November off Facebook Ad, it’s now March 11. Nothing takes this long if one actually sent shipment! I receives shipment from China/around the world all the time and it never this long! Most are less than a week! SCAMM ALLERT!!!!

I wish there was a ways to give this a negative 10 stars, ordered in November and have not received my purchase, after reading some of the reviews I feel like the scammers were active in November, shame on them. I emailed several times and their answer to me is that my merchandise is in stock and it should be shipped in 5 to 7 business days and I should receive it within 10 to 15 days, will email me the tracking # after it’s shipped. Please do not buy anything from them.

An absolute disgrace, ordered in early Nov now March, continuously used the excuse that my parcel must have been lost or stolen in transit after allegedly sending to me three times. At one stage asked me to pick up from post office in the north of England, I live in Devon! They do not give refunds! Why on earth is this company allowed to advertise on line. Do not purchase from them.
Going by the amount of complaints, why are this company still advertising and conning innocent people!!!

This company is a scam I ordered in November for my grandbabies however I never received any of the merchandise I tried contacting several times emails the phone # doesn't even work here in the US I NEVER RECEIVED MY 119.00 AT ALL .THEY SCAMMERS

I ordered two mechanical deer for Christmas gifts back in December. I did not receive them. With the tracking number they provided, I learned they were shipped to some address in New York. I live in Texas. I have also not received the refund.

Scam scam scam. Ordered in Nov never recieved delivered 200 miles away apparently. Re sent order. But there email address support(at)zmasterminepte.com it's no longer valid. No refund. No good. Over 80 emails sent unable to get a refund as paid by debit card not credit card. Please do not use them they are a scam company and do not care

Z MASTERMINE PTE. LTD. is a scam. So many other reviews with the same story. I ordered carry-on luggage in November after so many e-mails they said your order was delivered to a PO box at OGDEN, UT ( where I do not live) (haha luggage to a PO box) but they know very well how to pull the money from the Bank in my city Los Angeles. I have contacted them numerous times and they always write back and tell me to be patient. After I gave them again my address in January they provided me with an imaginary tracking number without the name of the courier service name and asked me to be patient and that I will receive the carry-on luggage in the next 10 days. After multiple attempts, I thought to ask whoever replies to the e-mail what is address they have for me on file. He/she was not able to reply and asked me again for my address. This is confirmed to be a scam.

This company is a scam. So many other reviews with the same story. I ordered something in November and the tracking information they sent me said it was delivered to Amarillo Texas( where I do not live). I have contacted them numerous times and they always write back and tell me to be patient. It is going on for 4 months. I disputed with my credit card company and they tried to get a refund from them and were denied. My credit card gave the money back and this company is under investigation for FRAUD!!!

Zero Stars would be more appropriate. I placed an order November 2022 and have not received the item as of yet ( February 2023) They have sent tracking for the item which has gone to Guam, then supposed re-delivery went to Tennessee.... I live in California!! They have a loop of same emails sent to me saying they would re-deliver, but it never happens. Nor will they verify the shipping label ,I have asked for a refund, which they denied. I am now disputing with help from my CC company

I ordered a pan set on 11/16/2022 and never received it. Said it was signed in Florida and I live in Tennessee. Y’all are a bunch of crooks and you will reap what you sow

If I could give no stars I would! I made a purchase in November 2022, and here it is February of 23. I have now been battling for 3 months to revive my order, I demanded a refund! They say it is not their fault it was delivered and probably stolen!! Crazy! The first tracking # they gave me was to and adddress in Florida, I live in California!
Total scam company! They need to shut down!

I am still waiting for two orders, ordered the 19th and 29th October, got tracking numbers but to the wrong address on both orders then said its lost but will not refund for any of the goods and it is still ongoing, what a spam.

Total scam! Just opened a dispute for the amount I payed for the item that would never arrive. Thank you AmEx team for the support. The case is under investigation. Please check the reviews before you purchase it.
