I really should look here before I order something from them :( :( Stupid me. I just did the same experience with this company, is a total scam. Sending tracking info, which are totally wrong and claim the article is delivered. I live alone in a house nobody around, and been home the whole time. Nobody delivered. And of course no money back. This company is a huge SCAM

I made two orders in November. I have never received either after so many emails that I’m sick and tired of their promises. I received receipts which I have saved, contacted the company and sent them copies. Finally got “shipping information” and could actually track them. I’m not sure if they were bogus but they “worked”. Next thing I know I get a delivery confirmation. I live in Montana, it said that they were delivered in Hawaii! Contacted them again and was told to send them the correct information. So I did. Nothing since. I can’t stand these rip off scamming companies. I would love to know what we could do to get our money back and close them down!

I have been wanting my item for 3 months now. I have been writing to this co. With no avail. They won't refund my money nor will they send my item. I think this is a scam. They should be ashamed of they selves. I am a senior on a limited income. I trusted them to make good on their words to deliver on 5 to 7 days. Now it's been 60 days.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. This company is a scam and needs to be reported. I placed an order in November of 2022 for a gift and never received the item. They kept telling me it was sent elsewhere, and they would resend it to me. Plenty of emails, all BS

A total scam, never received the goods. Have also got caught on another China based company going under the Sponsor Ad online. Same story say its been sent, plenty emails, finally got a cheap $5 cap and more emails of BS. Advice dont purchase anything online regardless on how secure the site looks if it comes from China and SIngapore DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

This company is a scam. I ordered a comforter in November and like everyone else never received my item. This company is a complete fraud, stay away.

Should be no stars wouldn't let me write a review if I didn't put one .I have never received my item ordered in December was a present for my son vey upsetting set loads off emails say I haven't got my item it's a complete scam!!

Scammers made an order on 16th November 2022 and am still waiting 3 months later..They send me the same old emails that it's been delivered.They are thieving scumbags

I ordered some 3 wheels bikes from them on Facebook for my three boys in Nov 2022 and still have not got them. They were for my three boys for Christmas. I am so pissed off with them and all I get back in emails that it has been Delivered ect my three boys are mad with me because I said they are getting something really good and now they did not get them at all and plus it was a lot of money to. So mad 😠😡😤

Zmastermine pte,took my double order,and my money and eight times answered my emails with poo comments,told me my order was delivered,but the tracking no they issued,tracked a pair of shoes to an address 100 miles away,don't go near this company

Total scam. I’ve now given up trying to get my bag out of them from a Nov 22 order, if they even sell them in the first place!! Which I seriously doubt. Don’t deserve even 1 star. Run away from any purchase from them. I’m now deleting all the stupid fallacious email replies I get from them as I simply don’t need the aggravation any more. Lesson learnt the hard way.

I finally got my money back from this scam company. They should be put out of business with the way they scam people don't order from them they will just keep your money and then try to blame your post office and then tell you they don't do refunds because they are a small company. Save yourself the aggravation, just don't order from them

Horrible....order an item for Christmas. and never received it. It is February and still, NO refund. Many excuses..."stated-owing to our profit is too low and bear the lost goods cost under COVID-19, we are not easy to live". What about me the customer????

The same as everyone else, I ordered a welding machine through Facebook, the company told me it has been delivered, giving me a fake tracking number. When I emailed to say I haven’t received my item, they keep telling me it’s on it’s way as it was probably sent to the wrong address.
I know I won’t get my money back, I think it’s too late to contact the bank as it’s been too long.
Facebook are as much to blame, they should be keeping an eye on scammers.

Ordered a Christmas tree in Nov. 2022. Never received. Emailed the company numerous times with no response. My credit card initially reversed the charge, but then removed the reversal when the company provided them with a tracking # showing delivery on Dec. 19. Absolutely never received it. The tracking shows it was shipped from California and the return address for the company is in Michigan. This is nothing but an elaborate scam.

Don’t trust these I just keep being told send new tracking number ordered a Christmas tree in November never got and take my money stay away

I purchased a comforter 10/29/22 and paid $29.99 and never received my item. I have sent several emails just for them to tell me that they will reship my product. These people are scammers and down right despicable people! Guess I'm out on my purchase. Will research moving forward! Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bought Christmas tree back in October 2022, up until now I haven't received my item or my money back. They keep telling me that the item is here in UK, last update was in January and nothing else. Usually I never trust these kind of ''shops'' and never will, learned a lesson big time! Please be careful if you don't want to loose your money!

we lost our money, I contacted them waiting 3 times over as promised would be here with in 10 day had been given a tracking number and was apparently delivered to two different states not here NOT HAPPY!
Still haven’t got them
