I ordered tools from them in September and have received nothing, keep telling me to wait another 36 days, this after I ordered and paid express post. I am now on the 3rd month waiting.
Don't fall into this trap with these thieves, This is a huge scam

I never received my orders and Facebook should do a check up on the companies that advertise on their site I will never order anything that advertise on Facebook

Scam scam scam I ordered a quilt and paid $37.99 on November 16, 2022 and I’ve heard nothing. Going to their website and filing a complaint is a joke. Comes up with a site I should pay five dollars and they’ll answer me. Sure wish I would’ve looked into this first. More money down the drain

Ordered 2 toys for Christmas. They were delivered January 6th and signed for by someone in a different state. They gave me a tracking number which matched the delivered package and they keep telling me it will be my tracking number just give it 15 days to update in the system. They have replied to my emails but their responses are just being repeated word for word to try to convince you that your package is on the way. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! IT'S ALL A SCAM!

Items never arrived. No emails responded to. No refund offered.
Just took my money and ignored me. Disgusting!

Say they have no tracking number, will send it.
Never have received it. & no more response from them.

How can I give this company zero stars? They claim that they delivered something and even sent me a USPS tracking number. Because of this, American Express is refusing to reverse the charge.
I’ve contacted the company numerous times and they keep saying it’s on the way. They’re claiming that they have to retrieve it from the wrong address and then send it to the correct address. They are nothing but scam artists. Stay away!!!

Scammers for sure. I wish I'd read up on them before ordering from them. Initially received order confirmation and then nothing. No replies to my emails. Disputed payment with my Bank and thankfully retrieved my money. After all these bad reviews they are still advertising. How is that allowed? Now I won't order on line from anyone.

I also was scammed by these people! Ugggg never again! I also purchased a Christmas tree. They gave me a tracking number that showed that my package was delivered to someone else in an entirely different province. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

*******ALERT ALERT ALERT*******These guys don't even warrant a star rating as they are as dodgy as F^&k! Do not purchase anything from them, firstly its an unsecured site so someone can track your payment details, they give you bogus tracking numbers and are very slack at replying to emails!HONESTLY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THEM!

Bought a christmas tree from this company through a facebook ad. What was I thinking???!!! Never again. This company is a scam and all they do is take the money from good people and do not delver what they promise. Like many reviews below, they item was supposedly sent to a wrong address and they promised to send a replacement. After 38 email messages refusing their replacement and demanding my money back, they stopped responding. I disputed the charge with my bank and they reversed the payment given to this "company". I'll never order online like this again.

I would give well below the star ratings they should forced to close down.
I ordered the Christmas Tree 🎄 in October it is now February and I never received it Surprise Surprise.
I have though managed to get my money back through my Bank I explained the situation and had a full refund.
I had constantly contacted zmasterinepte and al, the response I got was it has been sent out here is your tracking number, which I tracked down to Tyneside Royal Mail sorting office.
A parcel been sat there since November, so I rang up Tyneside Mail gave them al, my details to be told that tracking number belongs to someone in North East England and I live in the South West.
This helped fight my case for my refund, even though zmasterinepte contest it and still trying to get my money back to them.This is their email if anyone needs it. service@. zmasterminepte. com had to put gaps in as they will not allow email address added.
But avoid buying from them.

I ordered a Christmas tree October 19, 2022. They were quick to charge me. It's now February. They have quit responding to my emails and I have yet to receive anything, no tracking info, no nothing. Wish I had checked the reviews better. Should not be surprised about a company in China.

Ripoff company. I purchased 2 ride on toys for my childrens christmas, nothing arrived. Have sent multiple emails, they assure me they wud send tracking information. Didnt get any tracking information. Now i get an email today saying that the parcel was delivered when it wasnt. Dont trust this company they are a Scam. $110 of my hard earned money gone to these thieves.

I ordered in September 20/22 .still not received item.their last reply was today saying they were trying to chase carriers and hope to get it to in a couple of weeks.please be patient

Same story. Ordered a suitcase from their Facebook advert. They sent a tracking number which was finally delivered to an address 40 miles away from us. I challenged them and was assured on jan 4th they were sending a replacement. I have chased numerous times for the tracking number as nothing has arrived..same fob off as others ..we are contacting the logistics company..avoid like the plague. Advise everyone to contact Facebook to block their adverts

My order did not arrive. After so many emails nothing happened, no return, no resolution. Poor customer service. Never again.

I feel so stupid. I thought I had checked up on them before I purchased but obviously not well enough. I ordered a Christmas Tree in November and still haven't received it. I have been emailing them for the last 3 months and am like other reviews, the tracking number they sent me shows delivered thousands of miles away. I get told they will send me another tree yada yada. I ask for a refund and I get another refund about them sending me another tree. It's all lies. Stay Away!
