BUYERS BEWARE

If you aren't 100% set on a pair of shoes, don't buy. They make it practically impossible to cancel or return products. I called to cancel my order, but couldn't because the order was already shipped even though I never recieved the order confirmation. Fine, I'll just send them back. I received the shoes and they don't pay for shipping on returns... again fine, I'll pay for it. Call them for the order number because I never received the email and to also get the RMA number that they need in order for you to return... again another hoop you have to jump through. Just to find out the item I bought was a "sale item" and they don't accept returns on sale items. What a joke. I will NEVER buy from this company again. I guess they are so desperate for money they don't care about the satisfaction of their customers.

1.Order confirmations take about 24 hours to be received after the order has been shipped out.
2. Our policies are on our site for everyone to read.
3. Our site does state no final sale item can be returned, the original price is also marked out.
4.Our site clearly states we do not pay for the return fee, we provide the information for customers to know BEFORE they place the order.
5.Most if not all online stores require some kind of RMA.
6. Lastly we also provide on our site to double check your order before placing it due to the fact that once it's processing we can not guarantee to make any changes or cancel it.

Ci Ci NOT

Worst customer service ever! They only seem to care about their profit and none of the customers satisfaction. I don't understand how I cannot get a refund for a pair of shoes that I "tried on" like how am I supposed to see if they fit?? And when they don't fit, you cannot get a refund on the shoes because they are considered "worn" like unreasonable and inconsiderate. Please DO NOT waste your time or your money investing in these people. It is not worth it.

Worst customer service ever

This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had . The manager Anelle was very rude , I've been waiting on my refund for like a week and they were suppose to contact but I had to call back .. I ask to speak with her manager she hung on me a few times ...I call and they barely answer the phone....

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

Trendy shoes, fast shipping but you can forget about trying to resolve any issues with them. First of all they have two seperate links to two separate return policy's that say 2 different things. One saying you have 30 days to return and the other saying 15 days! I pointed this out to them and they were completely insensitive about the confusion and refused to accept my items. Also have called a couple times for clarification on certain things and was interrupted mid sentence and talked to rudely. They don't give af about the customers and just want money. DONT BUY FROM THEM. also the shoes are kinda cheap looking anyway, hence the prices.

Customer service SUCKS

They sent wrong shoes but in the correct box..told them I needed by that Saturday they never respond to the request..then sombody supposedly hack there email system so they couldn't respond to email ..how ironic..and then they wanted me to send the shoes back first ..AWFUL...LAWONDA BLACKWELL

Worst buying experience EVER!

I had purchased a pair of boots that were a size to big, returned the shoes and was told they would hold the correct size for me. A week goes by without any confirmation or tracking number for the new size so I call in and they mention they had sent the shoes they had on hold for me to another customer and that the item was being discontinued so offered me a refund, this whole transaction included emails that were so unprofessional. I had mentioned how dissatisfied I was on their IG page and they blocked me, another level of unprofessionalism. They refunded my shoes but shorted me about $15. Their horrible customer service reps kept emailing me and I and I had to threaten them with harassment just to get them to stop. I have reported them to the BBB which they do have a F with, really wish I would of known that beforehand and saved myself the misery. Conclusion no shoes and half a refund.

NEEDS MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS

Low key trendy online store. Not a huge selection in clothing but big selection in shoes. Sometimes sale prices are pretty good. Great for shoe lovers but I haven't bought anything in awhile because I like clothes better than shoes. But the things I bought I loved.
