This is the worst experience that I've…

This is the worst experience that I've ever had in buying anything offline. It seems to be only one person, by the name of Korinne or Karina, I'm not sure what her name is. She answer the phone every single time, and when you ask to speak to someone else, she tells you that there's no one else to speak to and that she is going to cancel your order. Mind you, I ordered the shoes several days ago and it's still showing as processing. She told me that she was going to cancel my order just because she didn't have a time frame to tell me when I was going to get my shoes. Again, I still wanted my shoes, but wanted to know why I was taking so long as I wanted them for Halloween. Now this rude woman has made the executive decision to cancel my order and claim that she sent my money back without even telling me why she was doing it. She just made a decision that was not her decision to make! I'm very upset, and will never do business with Cici hot again if this continues to go on. It's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of, and now I'm very unhappy with the $29 that I paid, which half of that was shipping cost. The worst customer service ever!

Due to things that happen around the country we take every threat serious and this customer loses credibility when they threaten repeatably threaten our representative and continues to insult them and then calls them a b****, therefore yes we did cancel the order as we do not do business with ANYONE who thinks it is okay to threaten a company*
Customer placed her order on 10/24/2018 called on 10/26/2018 asking in regards to her order. We let customer know that it takes 4-5 business days for orders to process and ship out, stated she wanted to speak to someone else and wanted “deeper information”. Please note there is no “deeper information” just like every other company we are allowed to have a processing time frame, which is stated on our site how long it takes to process and ship out. Our site also states it takes about one week to receive the order and she wanted them by the 31st which would not arrive on time therefore canceling the order would be the best option but she insisted on wanting to speak to someone and get “deeper information”.. Again, there is no “deeper information”, 4-5 business days is just our time frame and customers can read that information before placing an order to avoid these kind of situations. Customer then proceeded to threaten the representative and stated she would beat her up, called her a b**** and continued on to threatening her. We respect each and every customer but we are allowed to refuse customer service to someone who is being rude, threatening to beat someone up, and using profanity.

lots of styles

lots of styles! Although they sell out fast so you have to make sure you purchase the item the moment you see it. I bought over 20 items and risked it even after viewing the reviews below and i don't regret it. They arrived earlier than expected and all fit. Holiday shopping coming soon!

This Company has truly HORRIBLE…

This Company has truly HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Where do i start... I placed a order with them never received a conformation so i forgot about my order then i called after 1 week to see if it shipped and to get a tracking # she said my order wad canceled because item was damaged and a refund was processed...i payed with paypal..and know that paypal dont take days to refund your money paypal works fast which i mentioned to Miss Sassy..she said it takes 48 hrs 😒 knowing that i would be going back and forth about the issue i call back and ask them to send me a different item same value...now she says oh we can go ahead and get that shipped because paypal never confirmed the refund 😒 ...anywho..nee order was placed fast forward to Today another week later i contact them as a CUSTOMER ( I do have that right) letting them know how unhappy i was with the time of shipping over 1 week...with the 16.00 shipping I paid and whooo the response i got is unbelievable..but it matches there whole look as there company as a whole here it is.. "Hello,
We are not sure why you are stating "you feel cheated" as the order had originally been canceled and then you contacted us and we created a new order with an added item, your order was then processed and and shipped out on 10/5/2018. As you are in every right to not order with us again we are in every right to state that we are not responsible for each and every customer to read the shipping policy but as adults we hope they do to avoid these kinds of situations. Our site clearly states it takes 4-5 business days for all orders to process and ship out and it takes 5-10 for you to receive the package. Therefore it is within the correct time frame and it looks like you are not aware about shipping prices with FedEx or USPS therefore we will not get into detail with that. Your package already has a scheduled delivery and this email thread will be close. Have a great day!

I say just throw the whole Company awaaway...smh ciciNOT needs to learn how to respect there customer because we are the reason you are in business...which may only be another year...i only ordered from here because this site sales all the out of date styles of shoes that you may have wanted a year or 2 ago but sold out on other sites..you know the professional sites! Well ciciNOT has all of those shoes..They barely can keep up with new styles...maybe because there sales are in the TOILET 🚽

This company is very horrible

This company is very horrible! I ordered five pairs of shoes for my friend and I and its been 4 days now that I haven not received an order confirmation or tracking info. When I check my account the status continues to say "processing". My card has been charged for all five and I've been trying to contacting the company multiple times and never received a response. I checked the time zones and called between 9am to 5:30pm PST like stated on the website. it would be nice if i could talk to a representative. I just want to get my tracking information and if not i'll like them to refund me. Send your money somewhere else

Customer was give tracking information since - Sep 13, 2018, 3:52 PM - customer never contacted us in regards to the order. Looks like customer is not aware that our time zones are different and when we is calling we are either not opened yet or have already closed. It is clearly stated on our website how long it takes for customers to receive packages. Unfortunately we can not control whether or not a customer decides to read the information or not.

Rude customer service and ripped off shipping cost

I have previously ordered shoes from cicihot and absolutely loved them. Recently since they had their major Labor Day sale, i decided to order 4 pairs of shoes. I ordered the shoes on August 31st, and then on 09/11 i received a partial refund invoice from PayPal. After searching through the email, the app, and the website for PayPal, i could not find a reason for the refund. I decided to call, and the woman who answered was extremely rude. I told her the situation, and she kept going back and forth with me saying the reason for the refund was explained on the PayPal invoice and she didn’t know what i was looking at but it was on there. I kept calm and asked the woman if she could locate the reason for me. She asked for my first name only and pulled up my order. She rudely said “like i said the reason is ON the invoice and it says an item was damaged so you were issued a refund”. I asked for more details and she at this point sounded like i was wasting her time and irritating her. After all that i still wasn’t told which item i was refunded for, so i had to wait until i got my order on 09/13 to see which shoes weren’t there. ALSO...they refunded me for the price of the shoes only, and did not include the refund for the extra shipping i paid. The more items you order the more shipping fees are, so they ripped me off a few extra dollars for the shipping of all of the shoes, even though they didn’t send me all of them. I won’t be ordering from them again after this experience. **Updating my review to one star because they blocked me on Instagram after i posted this review!

Buyer beware: horrific company

This company is horrible! I ordered two pairs of shoes. I never received an order confirmation or tracking info. I only received one pair of shoes and not the second, yet my credit card was charged for both. I tried contacting the company multiple times and never received a response. Update ***: Funny how they called my house phone 22 times in a row after I posted a review as well as emailing me. If my email address was incorrect, how else would they know what my email was to contact me? That says enough right there. They had tried telling me I never reached out to contact them yet I screenshot the proof that I did and even sent it to them. They tried telling me I did not get a refund because it takes 5-10 business days, yet when I asked for the proof of refund the date they processed it was the same day that I posted the review, so clearly they were trying to be slick. I am not sure how they are even still in business at this point but I cannot see them lasting much longer. Spend your money somewhere better like fashionnova.

Very disappointed with this company and…

Very disappointed with this company and the customer service i have received from Jessica on the phone. She has a extremely bad attitude. When i asked to speak with the manager or owners she explained very rude that she will get in contact with them. She is not going to bother them because i have a complain. Which to me makes no since. I also run a online business and know that was very unprofessional how she was speaking to me with her bad customer service attitude. This in fact made the problems that i have with this company worst then they were before.

wedding shoes

was a bit hesitant to purchase from this site due to the bad reviews but they were really confusing so i decided to place the order and i do not regret it. i had called in a month ago about some heels and the girl told me they were the last pair but if i really wanted them they would put them on hold for me and she did! purchased them right on time as she told me to and they arrived sooner than i thought they would and i had also told her they were for my wedding so i was counting on the company and she kept track of them to make sure they would not get lost, she contacted me when they were in my city and even called after fedex had delivered them just to make sure i receive them. Now that is great customer service! thank you! btw my wedding is this saturday and they arrived last week. Can i get an AMMMEEEN!

bomb shoes!!

the process was overall fast and easy, first time ordering with cicihot and my experience was great. Had to call to ask about size and i believe karina was her name helped me out and im so glad she did if not i would have chosen the wrong size lol. i recommend this site!

Birthday items arrived on time!

Placed an order with them and received a tracking number at the end of the day and the order 4 days later. Talk about a fast process! Loved the items and told all my girlfriends about this site. Thanks cicihot my birthday look is complete!

Rude responses by customer service

Rude responses by customer service. If you ask a question they are extremely rude instead of listening to customers. I will never spend my money with this company again. Although they have the final word in their website certain responses are unnecessary. They should learn to take constructive criticism and customer comments into consideration. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I asked why are items that have been out of stock for 2 years remain on the website. I received a response that consisted of me being told it isn't against the law to have those items on their site. Who said it was? I simply felt as a loyal customer I should ask because it's frustrating. There had been other issues with product quality etc... prior to this incident but this officially was enough to let me know customers aren't valued by this company.

Awesome shoes, rude customer service

Love the shoes. Have ordered multiple times without issue. Recently ordered a single pair of shoes and was overcharged for shipping. Even though I was reimbursed for the overage, it was difficult dealing with customer service. I thought their tone was condescending and rude. The error was attributed to their website, but I had to argue with them before they would fix it.

This was my first time ordering from this company. NEVER AGAIN. I would not have expected that my first order would be like CRAP. They sent me someone else's shoes. Not knowing they had sent my shoes to my P.O. Box. I called them telling them the mix up and was thinking someone else had my shoes. So I called them to let them know what had happened and I had to wait 2 hours before they called me back. And I was telling them how to do their job. Then they said I had to wait until they sent me a tracking number. It took over a week to do that. And when they did, they took a picture the tracking number and sent it to my email. And it was blurry. Couldn't see it. So, when I took the package that wasn't mine to FEDEX, they couldn't read it. So, I called CICISHOES customer service."RUDE ASSES", told me to pay for the shoes to be shipped back to them and they would reimburse me for the shipping. I told them "HELL NO". Yall want these dam shoes, yall pay for your own shipping. And I just left the dam shoes at FEDEX. Don't give a dam if they got back to them are not. This is the WORSE shoe site I have ever ordered from. But, my daughter's shoes were cute. They were for her prom dress.

Cicihot is awesome ! I've been buying from them since I was 18, the age when I glowed up & upgraded myself into a glamorous woman 🤣😍😍 they got such cute clothes & things . I own like 3 bikinis, a pair of sandals, a bodysuit, a pair of shorts, & etc . I'm gonna be buying more !

Worst Company Ever Run For The Hills😡😡😡

I recently made a purchase March 4 2017. I order 6 pair on shoes over a $130 waited over a week keep checking my account saying processing.. Called on March 17 2016 spoke with so called Jessica to tell me that my order was delivered to someome else and I have to wait for this other lady to return the items to get a refund. The she proceeds to tell me I have to wait because the lady cant return the shoes until the next week because her son has Cancer and she has proven her son has Cancer... Omg..Talked to another young lady said i will get my refund this week we will see if not going to BBB ASAP..They are rude and unprofessional dont know how to treat customers will tell you that you or wrong..Omg worse experience ever and last please google these bootleg company out here scamming people for there hard earn money..When you call they say hello they dont even greet with the company name CiCiHot they pick up with attitude and like they talking to a friend.When i login it still says processing haven't received anything but money gone until they refund it.They didnt even contact me to let me know what happend I called thats how I found out that they so called shipped my package to someone else.This is there screw up not mine they can keep the products just refund my money.They should refund my money with no problems they see I didn't get anything.. They lie and scam people.. It will come back to whoever is behind this nasty company 😠😠😠😡😡😡😡 Worse experience ever...Praying I get my money back this week...I will not change my experience that I had with the company... Ill be waiting for the email to cofirm my refund..All the exesuces..

Every call is recorded and monitored, all times the customer called she was greeted with "CICIHOT how can i help you " we NEVER answer any calls that are made with just saying hello. she was explained the first time about the situation and that we had to wait for her items to be shipped back to us. We explained to her in all of the calls that were made about the situation. When the customer no longer liked what she was hearing she then proceeded to state we were rude for simply telling her we had to wait. We understand her frustration and did apologize but as a company there is a process to be done. Just like every company we take out the funds within the same day or hours after the order has been placed. for all orders we note down everything and when we speak to someone via phone we note down the conversation as well for future reference. No where did we state she would not receive a refund she just did not want to wait for the process that had to be done, we do not nor wish to keep her money as it would affect our company.
