Super helpful and friendly people. A lovely vibe met us from the moment we entered the showroom. The fact that they loved dogs too made our shopping experience with our pooches all the more enjoyable.

Genuinely shocked by poor delivery chaos, made worse by the 'string of porkies' we were told by Customer services. I'd expect this from lesser companies but not from Loaf, where high end prices demand better.
Fortunately our order was only for a coffee table and we hadn't yet completed our order for two large sofas, which, having dodged this particular bullet, we've taken elsewhere.

Great product, no doubt. In store service great… all about the sale of course. Delivery appalling. Delivery team couldn’t out legs on as didn’t bring enough screws and power tool flat battery. So basic. Not heard from anyone at loaf about what they intend to do to rectify…. Heard this same story a few times now…

Loved the fact we could take our dog to your shack and how wonderful the staff were with him . The water and treats for the dog and humans were appreciated!

My rug was meant to be delivered between the 3rd and 5th Sept. I called the help desk yesterday who said it was meant to be with parcelforce, but something had gone wrong and I’d get an email explaining the situation. So far no rug and no email.

Great service at St Albans, very personalised. We ordered on the phone which was an easy transaction. Its nice to come across a company that actually answer the phone by a human rather than automated- bit like the company i work for! Oh and we love our rug, bargain as it was in the sale !

We spent a significant amount with Loaf on bedroom furniture including a bed, love chair, shelf and bench, expecting premium quality and service.

The furniture was delivered in early August, but several items had not been properly quality checked or fully finished. Parts were missing and it took several weeks for replacements to arrive. By then, Loaf had no service appointments available for more than a month, leaving us with incomplete furniture for weeks.

We eventually decided to assemble the bed ourselves rather than wait until October. We then discovered further issues, including holes that do not properly align with the slatted frame. The bench was also found to be broken once unpacked, and the shelving unit has large gaps that make it look far cheaper than expected.

Despite raising all of this with Loaf, we have still received no refund or constructive suggestion over the last few days. We have paid a significant premium for furniture and a service that have not been delivered as promised, including an item that is simply broken.

The designs and fabrics are lovely, but that does not make up for the poor quality control and extremely frustrating after sales service.

When paying a significant premium for furniture, you expect it to arrive properly finished, checked and ready to use. Our experience has been the complete opposite.

I would strongly recommend prospective customers consider the quality control and after sales service before spending significant money with Loaf.

Once again another order and no email confirmation and no it's not in my junk. Luckily this is my last ever order, I can't take the patronising customer service people not believing me that I've not received the email or asking me to check in my junk again, nor being able (or even trying) to solve the issue.

Very plesent staff, left me alone but very helpful when needed. Chose a beautiful wool rug, which was delivered within 4 days. Loaf will always be my first choice of shop, since buying my Squishmeister Sofa, quality is superb, looks beautiful.

I had an extremely pleasant visit to Loaf in Battersea and discovered the cushions I wanted were reduced. I ordered one and it arrived promptly today. I am very pleased with it. The atmosphere in the shop was calm and pleasant with very good entertainment for the children.
