Scam, I booked an appointment to do a test and I paid online. When I went to the location is closed and the phone provided doesn't exist .
I am 5 months pregnant and Rhesus negative so my partner had to get his blood typed, even though he has a phobia of needles. I booked with PExpo Diagnostic in Soho and at first he couldn't find the place and there was no phone number given on the confirmation email so we thought we'd been scammed. He eventually found it and the gentleman who gave him the scan was shouting at a colleague for having the wrong blood vials laid out. He then took three tries to find a vein (at which point my partner was shaking) and got blood all over his hands and the floor. He then asked my partner to fill in a form AFTER blood had been taken. A few days later I got an email saying the test was invalid (a courier apparently lost the sample) and we would have to do it again. Please don't book with this company. It's been a horrible experience, my partner lost half a day's wages and is even more afraid of needles now. They seem completely unsafe and unprofessional.
The Customer Adviser, Tania, who assisted with the Covid test, was friendly, helpful and efficient and made the whole process as stress-freee as possible.

Some people were very nasty to him because they were frustrated with the process and he handled the situation very professionaly. Once inside I was assigned to the same young man for my test. I told him how much I appreciated his help earlier. I was anxious about the test and he was very reassuring. I don't know his name but maybe you can find it and thank him for what he did.
I lost my email dated of March, 26 that you send me around 5 h PM. It is important for me to send this email to my insurance because he confirms that I have covid.

I booked in for a PExpo (londontesting.co.uk) "PCR Fit to Fly Test" ahead of a holiday to Morocco and selected FINCHLEY BALLARDS LANE @ Cootes pharmacy as my location.
After booking, I started to panic as I read lots of bad reviews at PExpo and became so anxious. Some reviews said their results never came and Pexpo was a total scam, others said their results were late and they missed their flights etc. The confirmation email we got looked so bogus that I genuinely thought I'd booked through a fake website.
Our flight was 6:30am Wednesday and the test could be taken no earlier than 48 hours of boarding so we booked for 9am on Monday and selected the next day service.
We arrived at Cootes and took the test - the testing area are based in little rooms at the back of the pharmacy that are clean, bright and the staff member was nice.
The tester told me that the "next day service" meant the results would be sent out between 17:00 and 21:00 on Tuesday - this felt close to the wire as we would be boarding 12 hours later and if they didn't come, it would be the middle of the night and we'd have no way of getting another one done.
Anyway, I am delighted because less than 12 hours after taking the test the results have arrived - even though we did a next day service they came the same day at 18:00 hours... 24 hours+ earlier than they were due.
I am sooo relieved and now know I can look forward to the holiday knowing that I will be able to board the plane!

TIP: The specimens are collected from the Finchley Cootes Pharmacy at midday (and I think at another point later in the day)... so if you are pushed for time I would recommend getting a pre-midday test slot so you make that midday collection.
Very helpful and quick. The system is setup for UK use, so the staff was very helpful in getting the results into the US travel system.

The test result came through quickly. Reasonable prices too. Only thing was the QR code didn’t scan into the VeriFLY app so I had to upload it manually.

I was attended to politely, professionally and immediately. I upgraded from PCR to PCR and ART. I got the ART result at the 30 minute mark, as promised, and the same day PCR result at 1900hrs on the dot (on a Saturday).
