Update: despite the below response from the company here on trust pilot I have kept on receiving the same answers from their customer service line. The tone of which are getting ever more rude and contemptful.

I bought a premium PCR test, it was meant to be delivered within 2 days. I been waiting for a week and the test has never arrived. I am now asking for a refund and they are refusing it.

Bought the test from a local pharmacy to take abroad. Good communication and all done in a timely fashion. Will buy again if such tests are needed

Don't buy from them, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. First time I had to buy a test, accidently I booked two click and collects, because the payment method wasn't clear enough to say I been charged. Tried to contact them, no answer on phone calls. The NO-REFUND policy is ridiculous, especially in these times.

We managed to get a home LFT test kit off this company very swiftly in what was a bit of an emergency.

Quick collection + issuing of certs - a great all round experience

I will say that we had thought and it had seemed that this was an in house testing with a medical professional and were slightly surprised when our appointment was a slot to collect the kit. This may be an issue for people entering some countries.

Overall tho very smooth experience

Ordered and paid for same day delivery on a Friday before a holiday weekend as my departure was scheduled on Monday. Not only did I not get the tests, we were too late to make an appointment and had to reschedule our flight for Tuesday. Their no refund policy in ridiculous. If you are at fault and tests were not received in a timely fashion, you should provide a full refund!

It’s really nice . Before I was send my pictures in the website but 12 hours I didn’t get any results, but I ask the office they are really nice. Even in the evening time they are reply so fast and give the certificate 🥰🥰🥰really thank you so much help!

Been traveling often for two years, and tons of testing companies take the money and disappear. Having a responsive person on WhatsApp is very helpful and I got results quickly.
