My review is less than 1 star. I ordered April 2020 and to date, have not received my order. Requested a refund several times and never received it. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!! They are a total SCAM and you will never receive anything!

Appalling company, nothing as described not even the material!! Ordered a blue dress got pink, ordered a linen dress got nylon. Lots of emails back and forth had to send stock back for a refund cost €25,sent proof of registered post. Still no money and no answer to emails. Total scam, going to small claims court. NOTHING AS DESCRIBED ON WEBSITE

It’s been almost 7 months and I still haven’t received my refund or my orders. This company owes me more than 300 dollars and won’t refund me. Just keep sending me emails saying sorry and asking if I want a refund. I’ve told them multiple times to refund me all my money back and still almost 7 months later nothing has been done. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

The item took months to arrive and then was NOT what I ordered. Sent it back to the address on the parcel but never received a refund. They do nothing to help.They won't refund my money and now I am out the cost of ordering as well as my mailing cost!
They ship from China! Horrible quality even in the wrong item sent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Was about to order from wherelinen.com. After being fooled before by a scam company, checked trust pilot first no reviews. Very strange. Next I tried contact us on the wherelinen site, and got an email address for service@misfance which led me here. Beware! These companies are like whack-a-mole. Popping up with new names whenever the old one gets too hot.

Scam! Cheap and not as described clothing, horrible quality of fabric, terrible fit - measurements not as described - not returnable, still waiting for clothing to be shipped to me. I ordered at the beginning of April and now it's August! Do NOT order from them!

Please beware, do not order from this site, 3 months wait for goods, and the quality is absolutely shocking. The material feels like tissue paper! Awful! Told all my friends do not use this site..

This is badddd I ordered 4 items I received 1 and after 4 months ???? I been sending emails no respondents worse company ever!

I placed an order in April- they had free shipping on orders over $100. I ordered $110 worth of clothes. They still charged me $18.99 and refuse to refund the shipping. I just on 7/15 received the last of my order. I will never shop there again and recommend everyone stay away from these crooks. ALSO, nothing I received looked anything like it did online. Poor quality and awful service.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order 3 months ago for 6 items and only received 2 items a couple of days ago. Items received are very poor quality, nothing like the pictures online. They won’t cancel and reimburse me for the rest of my order and no way of returning the items I have received. Absolutely awful company!!!

They are the worst company i every order made on May 4th today id July 14 no merchandise.keep getting the round with email.

I wish I knew what a thief. I’ve spent $100 buying clothes which I didn’t get all of it. I only got1 ugly pant and where’s the rest of my order and no explanation and I got it after 3 or 4 months . Please don’t buy anything from here very bad service

this company is a joke, took 3 months to get order! Items nothing like pictures, and possibly will fit a dwarf! Had to put a star otherwise could not place comments, but really is no star! Wish I had seen this before I ordered.

Horrible these people are thief they charge my credit card. never got my merchandise wrote to them many times I ask for a refund they told me that I will not get a refund because they had sent the merchandise. wich they never did, I reported them to the police and did a fraud with my bank. Don't buy from thos company they are thieves.

We have been waiting more then 4 months for the shipment to arrive. There´s no way to return the items or to get a refund. Emails are answerd by a machine.

WORST experience ever!
Clothes are a joke! They look nothing like advertised! NOTHING!!! It took 2 months to arrive, and I only received 2out of 8 items. Then another 2wks for 2 more items, they looked nothing like what I ordered. I have sent 20emails to customer service with no response with an address to send back clothes. No service number or address available!!

I need to be able to give ZERO stars to this company. I feel foolish that there is no address or phone number and because of that cannot even file a complaint with the BBB, however, I have done so with the federal trade commission and encourage others to do the same. These are my complaints: two months since the order was placed, bogus tracking numbers, no one even brave enough to use a last name in the vague email responses, no provisions for a refund or cancellation, and goodness knows what else IF the items are ever received...I'm not holding out hope. I have no words other than crooks and scam artists. DON'T be fooled by the pictures of the merchandise or your friends who "LIKED" them on Facebook. There's a special place in an extra hot corner of hades in the underworld for these people.

The worst. The clothes are cheap,they're not the true size, they're not for American people they artesian sizes, I can't send my order back because they won't send a shipping label so I'm stuck with this mess

They are scammers- they never delivered my order and they have no contact information that works- I’ve tried emailing them dozens of times and the email address is returned as undeliverable. The best thing to do this report them to the Better Business Bureau
